Runs and drives well, good clutch, pulls my 12k lbs dump trailer without a problem. Totally stock engine, no chips, tuner, intake, etc. Has a K&N air filter. Only issues with the truck is a bit of rust along the bottom lip of the tailgate and the power lock actuators for the remote keyless entry have become lazy in the cold and likely need to be replaced. Being a southern truck the air conditioning works well. No trades, selling to purchase a new truck.

Other than surface rust on body due to thin paint prior to restoring. The interior in the truck is all original excluding the carpet. The seat and door panels are ALL ORIGINAL! The mileage is 69,302. Which is the original mileage. The body has been off the frame. The frame has been powder coated black. Along with all the other undercarriage components. Such as brackets, differential housings, etc. As I said prior the engine is a 460 4BBL which was rebuilt approx. 15,000 miles ago that was in another truck that I removed and installed in this truck when I restored it, which was about 400 miles ago. The transmission and axles have all been FRESHLY rebuilt with approx 400 miles on them. This is a highly optioned truck and is a very desirable truck. It would be hard to find another with these options and in this kind of condition. I do not mind answering any of your questions pertaining to the truck. I would appreciate your respect to me by not offering me some stupid offer. As if you follow these trucks, or have ever restored one of these trucks you know the cost and time involved in doing so. Even if you do all the work yourself. The mass majority of the parts used on this restoration are NOS Ford. Yes, there are a few aftermarket parts. This truck is ready to drive or show. today i have a 1997 ford F-250 4x4 extended cab red with grey interior.Low miles!!! long bed and off road edition so its upgraded to tow anything and heavy duty parts. This is an arizona truck, there its whole life untill now so its factory fresh show room clean nicest 97 your ever gonna see in your life. not a spec of rust anywhere and still has the fact frame coating and panel undercoating.Also 1 OWNER TRUCK!! thats right the origonal owner bought this truck straight from the dealership in 97 now you could be the second owner. first i want to say this is one of the most valiable diesel motors in the diesel industry it is a OBS 7.3 motor which has allot of power( more power than the 2000s) the first gen of the powertroke. this motor outlasts all the new powerstrokes. starts up even in the negatives with one try!! shifts great! Truck has about 203,950( actual miles, i screwed up on prevoius posting) miles on her but thats Low Low miles for an arizona truck. 200k miles there is equal to 120 thousand here becasue everything is flat and roads are like new theres no stress on these vehicles. and as far a steering its tighter than anything youve ever driven in the 90s. this is a brand new truck for sale. Tailgate is bowed out a little but not to bad still funtions and has clear coat issue on hood and roof but no scratches or any dents realy. interior is in perfect condition. needs nothing.. brand new tires. hubs turn very easy. origonal ( 1st owner) took very good care of it maintenance it every 4 thousand miles and has never had any kind of problem with it, truck runs very very cool.. The truck comes with 5th wheel rails and a gooseneck mounted ball hitch. 1997 Ford truck body good, runs and starts great. No transmission problems. Has 182,000 miles. 4.6 V8 has lot of power and is still good on gas mileage. Has overdrive trans. Truck has frame hitch, cold air, split cloth seats with individual control. 4 wheel drive works great. It is not a new truck but is ready to drive no mechanical problems other than exhaust leak. I never had it look at because when it warms up sound gets better. Head liner cloth came loose I fixed it. I have never had any problems with truck. I have no use for it like to sell.
