Fantastic vehicle offered for sale!I have owned this truck for the past 11 years, using it to tow horses and drive back and forth to school. It moved with me from California to New Jersey in 2010. Sadly, I am no longer towing, and ready to be responsible with a more fuel efficient car. I definitely will be missing it! Great condition! A couple small dings, but otherwise the body still looks like new. Interior is very nice. No tears, holes, etc. Step side bars (Cabellas) have some rusting. New exhaust system put in place in this past summer. Runs well. Still has a lot of life in it. Always serviced regularly. Has tow package with trailer brake. Bed liner and locking tonneau cover. You are looking at a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT trim, with the 6.8 liter V10 engine, 4x4 4wd, Super / Extended Cab Long Bed. I've had the truck since 2009, and I've put about 13k miles on it. It's a 2nd vehicle which doesn't get used a lot. I bought a diesel truck and don't need to keep two trucks.The Good:I've repaired or replaced a lot in this truck over the last few years. I have receipts for most parts/work* New truck bed, tailgate, bumper and tail lights from a 2009 F-250 ($2000+)* New Brake Lines about 2000 miles ago ($252)* All New Brake Pads, front rotors and caliper about 3000 miles ago ($233)* Repaired exhaust manifold leak ($465)* New Muffler* New Battery* New Headlight Switch* Rebuilt Ignition Switch / Steering Column* 2 new tires* New Radiator about 9k miles ago ($587)* New upper and lower ball joints, both sides about 12k miles ago ($830)* 4 new Bilstein HD shocks* All New Bosch Platinum IR Fusion Plugs about 12k miles ago* Regular oil changes with pure synthetic* Upgraded Infinity Speakers in front & rear doors* 2 keys / fobs* Rubber truck bed matThe not so good:While the pickup bed/tailgate is new and virtually rust-free, it doesn't perfectly match the body - the bed is all white, and the cab has the two-tone striping.The cab has the usual corner rust spots forming, along with the underside of the doors.The 4WD works great, but the vacuum shift on the fly doesn't properly lock the hubs. If you manually lock/unlock the hubs it works great.The truck is up for immediate sale, with a clean title in hand. The exterior of this truck is in nice condition the paint looks to be all original with no signs of paint work, the truck still has a very nice shine to it with only a simple wash. Overall the truck looks great but it does have some rust (pictured) mostly is the simple areas rear wheel wells (very common) and some underneath the doors (all pictured) the door rockers are in excellent condition as so is the undercarriage of this truck. Overall this truck is sharp and stands out great. The interior is in great shape with no major rips or tears I will have the truck fully detailed inside and out for the new owner as I currently use this truck to commute back and forth from home to work. 7.3L Power stroke Turbo Diesel 235k babied miles! this truck runs / drives excellent I have put well over 1000 miles on this truck and it’s a true joy I had this truck looked over by a diesel ford tech and he firmly believes this truck has a aftermarket tune just by the power it has, the truck has an aftermarket aem intakes and it allows you to hear the turbo spool up (sounds lovely) this truck clearly shows it was serviced and well cared for. I have stepped on this truck and the boost is just amazing with no smoke. I would personally feel very comfortable getting in this truck and driving it to California and back. The automatic transmission shifts all gears smoothly, the transmission was replaced by jasper in july of 2014 and it was warrantied by 3 years transferable warranty i have took a picture of the jasper code anyone can feel free to call and verify with jasper. Electronic 4wd engages properly. Power windows / locks and keyless entry all in working order. Ice cold a/c and great heat. 6ft short bed clean autocheck. Hello, I am a private seller looking to sell a 2001 f250 4x4 XLT Edition. The exterior is Red with a Grey Cloth interior, Automatic Trans, Fully loaded with all the great XLT options including, Premium Sound, Power everything,Cruise Control, and more! This F250 was extremely well cared for and up to date on all scheduled maintenance. The exterior has shinny paint, and is in good shape.The interior has little to no wear, it looks and feels great. All options work like new. The suspension is tight, and the Air is Ice Cold. This F250 has the powerful V10 Triton engine and of course 4x4 for the winter. This is a 2002 truck like I stated it was and still be used for work. Truck comes with G2 ladder racks and side boxes. Truck also comes with an 8' fisher mm1 plow. Plow works as it should but has some rust, but does not prevent it from working. New hydraulic lines power angle cylinders and cutting edge last season. Truck is wired for a salt dog spreader and can leave and sell with unit for additional price. had 89K when I bought the truck and I've since put around 5K on it in the 15 months I've owned.. wasn't a daily driver for me.. since purchase I've replaced the tires (Cooper Discoverer STT LT325/65R18 (35's) 2K miles ago, still like new), battery, fuel pump, installed Gibson headers, cold air intake, I had Meineke remove the muffler and replace it with straight pipe, sounds mean.. I also installed a Kenwood bluetooth radio, upgraded all stock speakers to Kenwood and a custom subwoofer box under the backseat containing two 10" Kicker C10's, powered by a Boss Audio CXX502 500w amp.I believe the lift is in the neighborhood of 6", I've never measured the springs.. plenty of clearance for the 35's. if you come check it out you'll also notice the pics do not do the paint justice, this thing shines, seems more than it should for 10 years old.runs great, no leaks of any kind, good inspection through 7/15 has a bedliner, I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff, if you have any specific questions just LMK. I will be adding additional pictures, if you want to see something specific, just LMK.
