Speedometer shows under 27,000 miles and many restorations have speedometers set to zero which I believe to be the case here. I purchased this truck on eBay for my own use and love it but honestly the cabin is just too small for this big guy 6'-2" and (about 260 pounds) I have decided to pass it on to someone who can really appreciate it. I purchased it in Montana and the transaction was handled by a Billings Montana broker. I am assuming it what collectors call a "Widows car" but have not verified that. I was provided a handwritten note saying the engine is a 305 Ford and the frame is a 1963 1/2 Ford 1/2 ton and the rear end is 3.91 ratio and 28 spline. It has power steering and a Grant steering wheel. The truck appears to have been professionally restored and modified. The instruments work except the original gas gauge is inoperative and a after market gas gauge is mounted on the bottom of the dashboard. There is an after market stereo in the glove box with speakers behind the seat but I never turned it on. There are few minor paint chips as is expected from a vehicle with 27,000 miles. The truck is actually 3 tone and very tasteful. The bed is a little lighter than the cab and the trim is a darker brownish color. There are small dents in two of the horizontal grille bars and these are available new either a whole grille or individual bars. The electrical wiring is very neat and all in god shape. The tires are fine and the truck cruises at freeway speeds with lots of power to spare. I would drive this truck anywhere, it gets a lot of attention and everyone loves it. I always hear "My father had one of these" and comments like that. I have not changed the title so I will provide clear Montana title from previous owner plus a bill of sale. There are questions about the engine, I am old school flat head guy and am not sure if it is Chevy or Ford. Feel free to comment if you can tell. I have posted engine pictures also. There is an electronic ignition system also On Aug-28-15 at 14:31:25 PDT, seller added the following information:

A pretty solid truck, purchased on eBay from Texas. The truck was Yellow when I purchased it. I painted the green in order to sand it down to create a faux patina. Work stopped when I was told the VIN # had been altered and I would not be able to get a NC title without some pretty expensive changes. (A New Frame, possibly a clip, and the process of bonding, etc. and waiting months for a title.) I cannot offer the truck with a valid title. I have the Texas title in my posession that matched the cab VIN #, but no gaurantee exist that the truck can be titled in NC or any other state. If you know your state laws, perhaps you can do something with the truck. The truck had minimal rust (patched professionally), a V8 that has a good thump to it, looks to have the original exhaust in the engine compartment. New master cylinder and all 4 wheel cylinders, as well as some new line. New gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump and some line already done, new wiring harness. New radiator, and running boards. I have had some additional work done since the last time I had the truck listed, We have wired the head lights, installed the grille and done some additional wiring. The truck starts, runs and drives and stops. As you might guess I have way more in the truck that I am asking, but I have soured on the project. I will try one more time to sell it as is before I put it away and look for a frame and matching tilte, or purchased a frame from one of the companies that build them and build a nicer finished truck. I do not have any spare parts, original or otherwise for the truck, it is mostly complete and a bargain IF you can solve the title problem. I will ship to other countries, but the buyer must ake all arrangements, pay any duties, etc. Full payment must clear the bank prior to removal of the truck. I will do additional work on the truck if desired, I have 5 full time employees with years of fabrication through paint experience. Text or mail prefered 336-466-1414 Nick
