Just Ca. smoged in early Aug 2015, have paper for proof. That one paper is proof on how well it runs. Never seen any snow!!! Plates go with the truck they do not need to be turned in. Reg is good until 2016, just get in and drive it home New coil and plugs Tires they have 3000 miles on them I put them on before I left California. The truck has 236,000 miles on it 80% of those miles were all highway driving. If you buy this truck you will not be disappointed.
