Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, glass marks, fading, scratches, paintwork, accident history, rust, wheel or rim imperfections, or any other issues that are associated with use that is consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Specs),Lining or pad thickness less than 1/32 inch, Power unit not operating or leaking, Structural or mechanical parts damaged. Steering System;Too much free play at steering wheel (DOT specs.),Free play in linkage more than 1/4 inch, Steering gear binds or jams, Front wheels aligned improperly (DOT specs.), Power unit belts cracked or slipping, Power unit fluid level improper. Suspension System; Ball joint seals damaged, Structural parts bent or damaged, Stabilizer bar disconnected, Spring broken, Shock absorber mounting loose, Rubber bushings damaged or missing, Radius rod damaged or missing, Shock absorber leaking or functioning improperly. Tires - Tread depth less than 2/32 inch, Sizes mismatched, Visible damage. Wheels - Visible cracks, damage or repairs, Mounting bolts loose or missing. Exhaust System - Leakage. All cars are used machines and used machines need general repairs on a regular basis many times without prior warning. This is especially true for name brand highline & exotic vehicles that have more elaborate features and systems. Also repairs are more common on say a 10 year old model car as opposed to a 2 or 3 year old model car since they cost significantly less than a newer car. Obviously the older the car the more possible this is of happening. So this is why seller highly recommends again that you purchase this warranty for your own peace of mind and general satisfaction. Can I purchase a long term extended warranty? Most vehicles qualify for a 2 or 3 or 4 year extended warranty plan depending on mileage and age of the vehicle. There are several different plans available for most vehicles. Some vehicles may not qualify for extended warranties. Exotic vehicles, High performance luxury vehicles, antique vehicles, or certain high mileage vehicles may not qualify for a warranty plan. No matter how comprehensive any warranty is it does not cover routine service or maintenance. Nor does any warranty cover every item on the vehicle. It is merely an insurance policy offered to offset the cost of more significant expenses. Can I see or inspect the vehicle in person? Prospective bidders are always welcome view, or arrange onsite inspections of the vehicle they are interested in BEFORE the close of the auction. Seller recommends that buyer have a third party inspection if buyer is unable to inspect vehicle in person before the close of auction. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and Seller does not permit any post sales inspections at that point. Vehicle may have slightly higher miles than what is shown due to test drives, demos, etc. Do you end auctions early? Seller reserves the right to end the auction early should it be deemed necessary. Vehicle may also be sold locally and it will be necessary to end the auction at that time. Also any bid retractions within the last half of the remainder of the auction are subject to be ended early at seller’s discretion. Seller further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at seller's discretion should it be deemed necessary. What are the technical legal terms? Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of New Mexico in the Sandoval County Courthouse. By bidding on this auction the bidder/buyer agrees that any legal action will be heard in a Sandoval County Court in the State of New Mexico and therefore indemnifies the Seller against any claims or legal proceedings in any other venue. Buyer agrees to be responsible for all legal costs, including, but not limited to court costs, expenses, attorney fees, cost of process service, and any other cost associated with the normal course of business. Once the vehicle is paid for in full, insurance is required from the buyer. Seller will not insure the vehicle after payment is made in full. This is especially important if your vehicle is being transported via car carrier. Most carriers include insurance against damages in the shipping process. This must however be confirmed with the Shipper.How does shipping work? Seller will not arrange shipping of vehicle. Vehicle shipping is the responsibility of the buyer of the vehicle. You are welcome to use any transporter you choose to pick up the vehicle. If you do not have a transporter seller may be able to suggest one for you. Also you can do a web search for vehicle transporters for a greater selection. Seller will not take vehicle to shipping terminal or shipping port. Vehicle must be picked up at the Seller's location at pre-arranged hours. There shall be no pickup appointments with Seller between the hours of 0600pm on Fridays and 0900pm on Saturdays. Pricing and delivery times are between you and your shipper. Average shipping time is 7- 14 days depending on many different factors. It is recommended that exotic or high dollar vehicles be shipped enclosed (but that is a personal choice). All buyers should keep the above information in mind when purchasing a vehicle. What happens after I win the auction? At the close of the auction Seller will contact you by email and ask for your name and phone number and will then call you on the phone and go over all of the details or you may call Seller at (505)504-8044. At this time, buyer will be directed to complete the $500.00 deposit via PayPal. Once this is done, all we need to do is schedule a time for delivery. Please give seller 24 hours notice if possible so that the vehicle can be prepared for delivery. Seller further reserves the right to refuse the sale of the vehicle to any bidder or buyer at Seller’s discretion should it be deemed necessary. If payment is made by cashier's check, money order, or auto draft checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Personal checks are not accepted. I have a 2002 Ford Explorer in great condition with third row seats and a push button 4x4. The exterior and interior of the car is extremely clean and Its in mechanically great condition and rides and drives like its brand new. This car comes with an equipped 6 disc cd changer. Winter is coming and this car well do more then enough for the snow with its 4x4, the tires have plenty of tread on them. Also a great family car with the third row seats providing plenty of room. Its great on gas with a v6 engine! there are no check engine lights in this car as it has been very well maintenance and had only one previous owner, I also checked the car fax and it was completely clean.
