Up for sale is my 1999 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer. It's the absolute top of the line model with all options, power everything, heated seats, Mach audio system etc. It has the 5.0L V8 and has had quite a few modifications done listed below. It's in overall good condition with 157k miles; I would give the truck overall a 7 out of 10. It's not perfect, she does have some dings and scratches with the typical explorer rocker rust so don't expect a perfect truck, after all it is 16 years old; but all things considered it's in pretty nice condition. The only real issue is that the AC has what I believe is a leak. All components work but it will kick on and kick right back off, so will have to be addressed but should be an easy fix. Michelin tires are about 80% life, brakes were recently done as well as front hubs/bearings being replaced, newer spare tire with aluminum wheel etc. The truck has over $3,500 in aftermarket parts alone. It would make a great off road or mud truck or even a fun daily driver as it currently is for me.
