2001 Ford Excursion Limited Edition.Good condition truck for the year, runs and drives is really good and strong, with low actual only 137kmiles on it. All power: PDL, PW, PCL, HS, 2WD, 4WD high & low, leather, alarm, rear park sensors. Truck rolling on M+S 305/50R20 chrome rims with about 80% tread left of Good Year tires on it, good for another at least 2 seasons (Originally paid $2600 for the rims and tires). 10v engine works really quite like new, almost can't hear the engine how it works when it's on, transmission works really smooth too. Truck is really good in snow and drives so easily in it, not sure but I think what snow plow can be used on this truck too. No warning lights or mechanical problems (will pass a State inspection). 1 OF THIS TRUCKS JUST BEEN SOLD FOR OVER $18000 ( see last pic, was made here on eBay) Extra upgrades and work just being done to the vehicle: new battery, new manifold seals on both sides, roof racks, new truck floor mats set and seat covers. LED Halo Projector Angel Eyes Headlights, Excursion Black Tail Lights, Nitro Chip, 2 screens 9' DVDs, engine oil just being changed with new oil and air filters. These trucks are getting harder and harder to find this days, truck looks really great and aggressive, has a lot of people attention and compliments. Vehicle is to be sold as is. I am the ORIGINAL OWNER and will provide the original sticker and sales contract upon request. This truck is in very good condition, especially given its age, and should offer its new owner years of good service. condition. It has been used to transport my family of 8 and my DJ equipment for a few years. I am out of that business and kids are grown up, hence the sale. I added a trailer brake controller to the Ford trailer package around 2003 to tow a boat (did that twice) and a DJ trailer (did that 3 times). It has never been used for snow plowing, or modified in any way. Engine is the well-regarded 7.3L with the factory intercooled turbocharger. It has given me reliable service and terrific power. The Limited edition offers the beautiful interior and extra sound prevention so you hardly hear the engine. I have found that in the winter it starts with or without plugging in the glow plugs. I have consistently changed the oil every 3-5K miles, and it sounds good and runs well. All options work, with the exception of the backup warning beeper (see below). Tires are 80%. On the advice of the tire shop, I installed the Pirelli spare when buying the tires, as it was in good shape but getting older, and have the fourth new tire as the spare now. The self-locking front hubs are a known issue, so I replaced them with WARN manuals. This truck has never been in any accidents, and the exterior is in very good condition overall. There are some minor scratches on the exterior, which could probably be buffed out (they don't bother me so I never tried). When you wash this truck, it still has a nice and shiny look, including the chrome bumpers. The rear bumper has a dent from my backing into a mailbox, which sometimes affects the backup beeper system, so I just keep it turned off. The chrome wheels all have oxidation so they don't look as good as the bumpers, though perfectly functional. Interior is in excellent condition, with normal cracking from wear on the front seats and some staining on rear passenger seat. The handle to bring driver's side rear seat forward to allow access to 3rd row needs replacement. staining on one of the rear seats. Original floor mats are in surprisingly good shape after a thorough cleaning. Steering wheel is like new because it's always been covered (still is), and dash has no cracks. I am looking to sell this truck relatively quickly and have priced it accordingly. While I have tried to describe it as best I can, I point out that this is a 15-year-old vehicle , so expect the unexpected, That said, buyer is welcome to come check it out. Buyer may either drive it away or pay for arrangements to have it brought to him, sale is as-is, where-is. I live in Sharon, Massachusetts, about 45 minutes from Boston. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon purchase from buyer, remainder due within 5 days. Truck will need to be picked up within 7 days of sale. No lights on the dash. transmission shifts smooth. recently put new tires 33" inch and wheels. Custom lifted 3.5" inch with new shocks. Also has aftermarket high quality LED IPCW tail lights and front head lamps. Comes with Pioneer radio and in dash kit for iPad. Great quality sound speakers. Clean leather interior with power seats. The car was well maintained. Flaws:Small dent on the tip of the hood and a small scratch on the passenger rear wheel well.
