The Escape has a clear and clean Green Michigan title.RECENT MAINTENANCE-Shortly after we bought it, the gas motor developed a rod knock. Thinking we would be keeping it for a while, we invested over $2,500 in having a new (used) gasoline motor installed. We purchased the lowest-mile unit available within a 500-mile radius, and the replacement gas motor only has 67,000 miles on it. The motor was installed by a local automotive repair center and features a 6-month warranty. All paperwork is available for inspection and will be provided to the buyer at the time of sale. Note, the hybrid system was unaffected by the gas motor and works great.-At the time of the new motor being installed, brakes and suspension components were checked and given a clean bill of health.-New Accessory Belt, Oil, and fluids (November 2015 at time of engine swap)-Fresh interior and exterior detail (November 2015)-New Battery (October 2015)WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW-There are a couple pinpoint-sized spots of rust just above the wheel well.
