This is a 2012 Ford Edge SEL loaded with options and in great condition. We bought it new so there has been only one owner and we are non-smokers. We have performed all of the recommended maintenance and oil changes (records available). The battery is less than a year old and the tires are high-end Michelin Latitude Tour HP's with a little over 50% of their life left. The rear brakes were just replaced and the front brakes have a lot of life left in them. There is an extended warranty available up to 75k miles or until 04/20/2017, which ever comes first. The transfer fee is $75 for the warranty. There is a $100 deductible for repairs under the warranty. Depending on your driving, my guess is you will get 4-6 months of extended warranty out of it. Some of the features include leather heated seats (front only), navigation, hands-free SYNC, a back-up camera with sensors, power everything, dual climate control, 40/60 split rear bench seat with fold down armrest and cup holders. It has 20" wheels and a rear spoiler. It's a sharp looking vehicle.
