The vehicle was purchased after sustaining light fresh water damage. When the vehicle arrived the carpet was slightly damp. We tested all of the electrical and it was all in working order. We pulled the carpet, steam cleaned it and allowed it to dry over the course of a couple days. We also checked all of the vehicles fluids for possible contamination from the water. We did find water in the oil and ran the engine with transmission fluid to clean it before regular oil was put back in. This Edge runs and drives excellent in its current condition with no issues found in the engine, transmission, suspension, cooling and/or electrical. This Edge was kept in excellent condition by it prior owner, the vehicle is very clean inside and out with minimal wear and tear. After performing the precautionary maintenance the vehicle started right up. The carpet was damp when the vehicle arrived. We replaced the carpet with carpet that was purchased new from Ford. Also the charcoal canister for the evap system was replaced and the interior was professionally cleaned with new carpet installed. We also changed the brakes and had the rotors turned. This Edge had no structural damage. The passengers upper inner structure was slightly pushed in but has been pulled back into place. All of the body panels line up as they should.
