Please read the following description carefully: You are bidding on: A 1972 Ford Econoline E-100 Display Van. Very original ex- Southwestern Bell Telephone Installers van. Would make a great project for a Bell retiree, or any Econoline enthusiast. When was the last time you saw one, this original??? Built 10/1972 240 Cubic inch 6 cylinder engine, and 3 speed column shift as originally equipped, everything works. Runs, but may need some brake work. Brakes will pump up and hold, with no leaks, but need to be rebuilt for safety. was sitting, parked, in a barn on a farm, since 1985. All electronics seem to be fine, we cleaned it up and have run it with an auxilliary tank. Have included several good photos, so look it over. Good solid, and straight original body including unusually straight bed floor. The red, coloration on the bed floor is not rust, but a light covering of Oklahoma red dust. Showing 45,000 miles, could be 145,000 but it is tight, as stated, and the steering, clutch, and shift mechanism is good and tight.. which is indicative of good maintainance and care. No rust anywhere, opther than a small rust through of about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch wide, and three inches long, located directly under the spare tire. Clean undercarriage. Heater and instruments intact. All doors open and close good, including the sliding side door which opens and closes effortlessly. Original Bell System second color scheme. Which is known as Bell System Green number two, which is available at Sherwin Williams dealers. We have the outside rear view mirrors. Does not have any of the usual telephone company shelving, ladder rack, nor the divider behind the seats. Drivers seat is worn and needs recovering. Tires hold air, rolls and steers easily, moves under own power. TitledBuyer agrees to complete payment via PayPal within 48 hours.Or submit $300. deposit via PayPal, and the balance cash in person. Known issues with the vehicle; the front lower ball joints need to be replaced(this is under the advice of mechanic but no noticeable difference in driving), gas gauge is works intermittently(I think float is stuck),front brakes need to be replaced, passenger side door lock needs replacing,AC is not working, check engine light is on(hardly drive the van so I'm certain it is minor)good things; heat works,no known leaks, very low mileage based on year, tires are practically new($469),radio works,no accidents....lot of life left in the vehicle with minor repairs...priced to sell

*Considering the rough condition of this van the mileage on the odometer is most likely not actual as it has probably gone past the 100,000 mark at least once during its lifetime. If you would like to ask questions about this van or see it in person please contact me via the Ebay message system for my phone number. I have more pictures (including the pics here) at the Flickr website so if you google 'mewzaq flickr' you can find them. Before bidding please watch all of the videos (there is more description on these) & look at all of the pictures using the magnifier for the best inspection. If anyone would like close-up pictures or videos of specific areas of the van please contact me. I bought this in 2009 to move with and when I was done using it for moving it I did not use it for driving anymore so it has been parked ever since but I did use it for storage. I put less than 1,000 miles on it. I bought this from a Widow and she told me that her husband had recently passed away and that he had the engine & transmission rebuilt but since she could not find the paperwork I just had to take her word for it. Judging from the excellent way that the engine & transmission performed while I was moving (making a few 200 mile round-trips in 2009) these were most likely rebuilt. The transmission never slipped or had any other problems & the engine always started, ran smooth and the van overall was very reliable. I don't know what size engine it has or what type of tranny it has in it (C6 maybe?) but if you can tell me what to look for to help identify them I will do that and let you know. It has a Class 5 towing hitch but I don't have the ball & mounting insert for it. It did not have a spare when I got it and it still doesn't have one. All of the exterior lights work except for the Reverse Lights (the lamps test good). All of the turning signals flash but the hazards do not flash. The only seats are the driver & passenger seats and they are in very rough condition so they have seat covers on them. The rear tires are in good condition with a decent amount of tread left but the tread on the front tires is at about the minimum level of acceptance so for safety's sake they should be replaced. At the Flickr website I have pictures with a ruler checking tread depth on each tire. This will need to be towed because of the rusted brake lines. The locks on the side door & rear door have worn out so they no longer work but the doors still latch & shut well. The seats have No Shoulder-Harnesses Only Seat-Belts. The top roof is uneven & dented because I was using it as a substitute scaffold when I worked on the side of my house. The battery was removed in the wintertime and regularly charged. The exhaust system from behind the catalytic converter (this was not replaced) to the tailpipe had been recently replaced when I bought it and this is shown in the video of the underside. The suspension is still good and strong but the shocks are rusty and probably should be replaced. The belts are missing for the AC and the left compressor is seized. The front & rear blowers work but the heating system may need a new thermostat (a new one is included). The hubcap on the passenger side rear does not match the others. If used as a work van the wheelchair lift could be used for loading heavy items. The interior of the van has been cleaned but not the exterior. The body of the van is approximately 16.5 feet long. Payment must be made in full through Paypal within 3 days of the end of the auction and then I will immediately send you the title & one set of keys via USPS Registered Mail. I would like the buyer to pick up the van within 30 days. If the buyer puts the title in their name then they can drive it away otherwise it must be towed because I will not allow it to be driven with the title in my name. I will also allow the buyer to replace the bad brake lines in my driveway but only if they are experienced at replacing them. I have added a video at the end showing some of the brake lines & junction box. O'Reilly & Autozone are about a mile away from me.

1999 Ford E-150 Wheelchair van. 128,000 miles on a 4.6 triton V8 engine, starts right up and runs perfectly, great transmission with overdrive runs awesome. Tagged a deer with it last winter, great thing this vehicle is all metal not cheap plastic, only damaged the grill. the winter was hell on it though, driver side running board was knocked off, shouldnt run much to replace it, ive never had a need to so i never have. the after winter pot holes broke BOTH leaf spring shackles, those were fixed in may by professional muffler and brake for 475.00, so those are brand new. rear end is almost all new, again winter was hell on it, that cost me 600, has new drums, wheel cyl, shoes, hardware, basically the entire rear braking system is new. newish 800.00 michellan tires tons of tread left this van tears through the snow, it never got stuck last winter and actually pulled 2 4wd f150s out of the snow. all electronics work no airbag, when i bought it it had a handicap driving system installed (the one you have to pay 700.00 to be certified to drive) I pulled that out put a new steering column in and took that back to stock, couldnt get an airbag with the column but those only run 35.00 if you can find them. 4inch drop throughout the van for the wheelchair, gastank was relocated to the back to accomadate it. lift is a ricon clearway, very good very expensive, can be used manually only which is fairly easy, to use the electronics they have to be repaired, they have been in the same condition since we bought it. tie downs have to be changed (400.00 at freedom motors installed) still has rear bench seat for those with other family members that ride. due for its yearly maintenance next month, oil change not needed for another 2 months has a lien on the title, its a local credit union so it will be released the day it is bought unless you pay by a check. only selling it as we are upgrading to a new 09 sienna that is 37,000.00 and just need the down payment for it, average price for these vans in worse condition is 16000.00 as the conversions typically run between 14 and 25000.00. 1,000.00 DEPOSIT due 24 hours after winning. Full balance due within 7 days after end. Terms are CASH for immediately possesion, or CHECK with posession when funds clear bank. Not documentation will be transfered with an uncleared check. Title and notarized bill of sale for my protection after cleared payment. DO NOT send entire payment via paypal or it will be returned!
