A 2001 Ford E350 full size van with a side entry wheelchair lift. The van was purchased in order to transport my mother to and from Dr. appointments. Mom has since passed and we are looking to sell. The van was purchased from a transport company and was in pretty rough shape when we bought it. It was much cheaper than most everything else we were looking at, and I happened to spot it for sale on the side of the road while on my way to work. Bottom line is it is in pretty rough shape body wise and needs some body work to improve aesthetics and to fix the passenger door from sticking, but the van runs, the wheelchair lift works, and it allowed us to bring our mother to her various doctors appointments etc. I suppose the lift could be used for lifting heavy things such as washers and dryers, refridgerators, hot water heaters, etc. for a person who is a scrapper. (just a thought) Any buyer would need to pick the van up locally. Van is located in Newport R.I.
