Before your offer is accepted by me buyer will be prepared to leave a deposit and have the funds on hand.. if I do not hear from the potential buyer with in 24 hours after using the BIN feature the sale will be cancelled to that buyer. It costs time and money to re list these items .. failure to complete the sale after agreeing you will be reported to ebay and face other consequences. Am selling a nice hand picked 2009 CVPI. This unit is white and just a minor scratches from fleet use. The CHP white cars are used for Commercial Enforcement and are usually assigned to one officer, Everything on this unit works perfectly. all windows operate nicely, power mirrors, trunk release, A/C is cold !, heater works fine. Seat belts in place and operative... I inspected this unit and many parts are new or near new. There is a new manifold, throttle body, air filter is new, serpentine belt, fluids are clean ( radiator coolant, brake fluid) the oil has been changed with Valvoline and the differential has been changed with 75-140 Synthetic oil. Z5 axle. I checked the magnetic drain plug at the time of the differential service and there was not any metal shavings on the plug. Which means that the axles are not deteriorating. The engine is spotless due to a resent complete detail. Interior and exterior cleaned and has been polished by professionals. This unit drives extremely well, transmission is smooth , no noises of any kind when operating the unit. Ford makes a quality over engineered car. complete with heavy duty oil and transmission cooler. I have seen units and or taxis with well over 450,000 miles and still are running to this day. I recently rode in a taxi that had 480,000 and asked the driver how long have you had this taxi? he said bought it with 180,000 and the only maintenance has been oil and transmission fluid changes. The tires are brand new with 99.9 percent wear left . Equipped with Goodyear RSA pursuit tires, complete with jack. The CHP always replaces tires when experiencing a flat..tires are thrown away.. for the safety of the officer and the public. The interior is spotless all carpets are clean and spot free. No unusual smells.. unit appears that it has never been smoked in. There are no holes in the dash at all. The roof holes have been plugged with rubber plugs. The one photo shows how shiny the paint is with the reflection of the afternoon clouds. I inspect all cars that I purchase and only purchase the best of available. I personally drive a CVPI that was purchased several years ago and it is still driving strongly today with 194,000 miles.. The brakes are near new with 93 percent left. The CHP replaces the brakes on their units when they reach 50 percent. The rotors are never turned and are replaced with new rotors. Oil change intervals are between 4000 and 5000 miles. or by PM (preventative maintenance) dates. I have the pink slip in hand.. passed smog check with flying colors.. I always sell a vehicle with a full tank of gas..and a spotless car wash. I have sold numerous CVPI's to new owners and all have been very satisfied . My job is to make the sale as smooth as possible. Any questions feel free to contact me.. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs. I do have the name of a broker that I have used in the past. I recently shipped many CVPI"s to Seattle, Chicago and New Orleans. Nice car for a great price. Open to reasonable and respectful offers . This is a turn key operation and ready for a new life as a taxi, security vehicle or a family car. It is the last production auto built upon a frame. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.. If you would like to see the car in person contact me for an appointment. I am in the Southern California area of Los Angeles.

I selling my ex CHP P 71. This unit is from the Southern California area (Oceanside) no rust. Spent its time patrolling I 5 highway miles. The CHP has a remarkable record for taking care of any defects that might exist immediately before a unit is placed into service. Not only for the traffic officer that is driving the vehicle but also the general public. At a moments notice a vehicle might be involved in a high speed pursuit. I recently rode in a taxi and the cab had 490,000 miles. I asked the driver when did you buy this cab? He said that he purchased it at 180000 miles and the CVPI has served him well. He said not one issue with the engine except for required maintenance.. A real tribute to FORD for making a strong and bullet proof engine that lasts a long time. One feature that helps make these engines last a long time is the heavy duty cooling for the engine, transmission and engine oil cooling. I am very picky when it comes to purchasing a used unit. I have l@@ked at hundreds of these cars and only have purchased a few. I personally inspect the vehicle from bumper to bumper. This unit does have a few minor scratches due to field operations etc. I have driven this car and there are NO squeaks.. rattles. the car tracks straight.. stops well. The CHP replaces the brakes on their units at 50 percent wear and also replace the rotors and do not resurface them. The oil has been changed, new air filter, the transmission fluid is red and clean no burning smells. The coolant is clean. The brake fluid is clean and new. I checked the differential oil and it is clean and no metal shavings on the drain plug which means the axle shafts are not deteriorating. The Air conditioning is COLD and the heater blows hot as well. Acceleration is great. Tires are new with 99 percent remaining on the thread. Full spare tire and jack included. Equipped with RSA 17 inch tires. These tires retail for $ 235 a piece. The seat are clean no rips or tears. The carpet is clean no funky smells, back seat is clean, all seat belts in place, all lights work, passed SMOG with flying colors. Based on my visual inspection the alternator looks new, serpentine belt is in good shape, engine is quiet, hoses in good. T shape, battery is strong, the engine is spotless. Transmission shifts smoothly. Pink slip and smog certificate in hand. This unit is a turn key operation. It is ready for a second life security, taxi or just a personal vehicle. When I sell a car to a new owner always comes with a full tank of gas.. Open to reasonable and offers that are consistent with the condition of this vehicle. Please contact me if you have less than 10 positive feedback reportings. Email me with any questions you might have. If you are the successful purchaser and want the car shipped will help facilitate the loading. Seller is responsible for all shipping charges to the new destination.

I am selling my CVPI ex-CHP commercial enforcement vehicles. These vehicles were usually driven by one officer. The nice thing about that was each of us that drive our own car everyday knows what needs to be fixed , serviced or repaired on the vehicle.. CHP has a remarkable record of promptly repairing any unit(s) with safety defects.. not only for the officer safety but also the public safety. I have the service record for this vehicle and it states what things have been done . This car has a new transmission, alternator, radiator, new tension pulley, serpentine belt good, brakes are 100 % in the front and 80 % percent in the rear. The CHP replaces the rotors at the same time as the brake replacement. The tires are fresh with 99.9 % wear left. This are the pursuit tires that retail for $ 235 dollars each. I just changed the oil, transmission oil is still red, had the rear differential checked the oil was fine.. no metal shavings on the magnetic drain plug which means the axles and rear end are not wearing..nor worn out. No noises coming from the car at all.. The vehicle has 1014 idle hours.. which is extremely LOW ! I have seen Ford CVPI's with over 11,000 idle hours.. a real tribute to Ford making a bullet proof and reliable engine. I have personally inspected hundreds of CVPI's and have only purchased a handful of them.. call me picky...yes.. I am.. The seats are fine no rips nor tears.. looks like they had been recently recovered... All lights work..seat belts in place.. Open to reasonable and respectful offers. This car is from the Southern REgion.. no rust, no salty roads.. The paint is shiny and looks like it was parked either in a garage or under a canopy.. A few little nicks.. has window tinting... hubcaps in place. A fine vehicle.. ready for service... Feel free to contact me with questions..
