Condition / Functional: This surplused 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor starts, runs and cruises tight and smooth, the brakes seem like-new and the steering still feels very tight and accurate. Some taxi companies have operated these cruisers well past 300,000 miles (when properly maintained). No unusual noise(s) coming from engine, no Check Engine Light present, the transmission shifts smoothly into all gears as when brand new. The rear door locks and related mechanisms have been reinstalled. The horn and the courtesy dome light have been reactivated. All (4) power windows work properly as well as the automatic Cruise Control. All power driver seat settings work properly. The A/C clutch is so quiet that you really need to pay attention to perceive when it engages. The car has not yet completed 200 miles since the oil was changed using full-synthetic Mobil 1 oil, new motorcraft oil filter and FRAM air filter were installed. A set of new Iridium plugs appear to have been installed not long ago – so, replacement was not needed. The car is currently using 93 octane gas; however, this vehicle is designed to work properly with lower octane fuels. Actual mileage might change a few miles due to test drives/transport to storage. Very well maintained, in above average condition. Condition - Exterior / Interior: The paint is near new condition; however, being a used police cruiser, some hard to find dings or dents might be present. The roof and trunk panels have been refinished to eliminate the factory drilled antenna holes. Also, as noted, I ordered the removal of the Police Spot light, the driver’s side paint was refinished accordingly to conceal the spotlight chamfer at the door frame and a new LH Front Interior “A” Pillar Trim cover was installed. The undercarriage shows signs of light rust since the vehicle spent most of the time in the upper states, particularly Virginia. The vehicle may be inspected by you or your designee by appointment until Wed., Sept. 23rd - 04:00p.m. E.T.; I will try to accommodate every appointment request. Payment Options: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hrs of the winner-bidder notification. The rest must be paid via a Nationally Credited Bank Wire Transaction.
