Up for sale is my Contour SVT the car is almost rust free and just minor blemishes the normal dash by defrost is curled the front bumber was hit and replace with a non svt I search and found the one that is on it not perfect but it's all there struts are new all around, breaks are new, tires are new also a second set of svt rims with snows on them, I have replaced the alternator with a new one and injectors, plugs wires and coil pack car is straight all around, selling due to putting my efforts into my mustang any questions just ask, cash sale for a clean title. of course no shipping or such local pick up is offered

Car has current PA inspection and is still currently being used so mileage is still accumulating. Located in the Scranton - Wilkes Barre - Dallas Pennsylvania Area. 90.6K original miles at time of this listing. We are the 2nd owner. Garage kept until only recently now our new car is in the garage. Original owner still across the street. Selling because it is our 3rd car and our daughter will soon have her drivers license which will raise our insurance rates if we keep 3 cars. Very dependable car - it is ready to be driven. Car is apx the color of this test, slightly darker. Oil is changed every 2,500 - 3,000 miles. Not much more to say except if you want a cheap dependable car here it is - see my feedback.

2000 Ford Contour SEIncludes 1 key, original owner's manual, a Hayne's Repair Manual, and an extra full-size tire mounted on a steel wheel for use as a spare.Needs PA inspection (expired June 2015) and should be passable still. I had the car undercoated every year for the last 8 years with Fluid Film for the winter months as a preventative measure. Fluid Film stops rust from forming on the underside of the car and creates a seal on the metal. There is some rust forming on the body. The car has a nice and smooth ride.The oil, oil filter, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, engine filter, and fuel filter have all been changed on a regular basis since I bought the car. I used part synthetic oil at first and moved up to full synthetic to keep the seals in good condition. The interior is in good condition. The carpet has some stains but overall good condition with no spots worn away. The seats are also in good shape with no stains or burn holes (driven by a non-smoker). The trunk latch works fine and there is an emergency open latch inside the trunk.Ford issued a factory recall for the dashboard warping up from around the heat vent under the windshield. It was fixed by a local body shop by bolting the dashboard to the frame all the way around approximately every two inches. Airflow against the windshield is normal. The recall was discovered after this fix, but the recall period had expired. All power locks, mirrors and windows work (although the front passenger window can only be operated from the driver's main window control). The A/C, heat, and cruise control work great.The engine runs well with no leaks, loose belts or rough idle.The transmission has a slow leak that will cause slippage if the fluid level is not maintained, but not much of a problem if it is kept full. This is most noticeable at speeds above 50-55 mph. This makes it very good for city and town driving.Car has ABS brakes. The tires are used, but are still good. The body has some rust around the wheel wells and edges of doors. There is rust in the rocker panels that has corroded through the front panel on each side, but not the rear. The paint's clear coat is peeling in some areas and there is some small paint peeling in the rear bumper (plastic underneath, not metal).Stereo was upgraded from the factory unit, but that is not included with the sale. No longer have the factory unit.
