1968 Ford F100 with a rare long bed flareside, (stepside). The F100 runs great with Six cylinders and three on the tree. The 68 F100 has Hunter Green metallic exterior with white accents. Inside the cab is custom white and green accent interior with black carpet. The 68 was partially restored about 8 years ago from previous owner and sat until 2014. The F100 has great presence and character to it. There are few minor surface rust spots. The hood has minor rust through on face of hood, easy repair. The rest of the F100 is outstanding especially the flareside bed is remarkable condition with wood planks. The planks are aged from sitting and one plank needs to be replaced.. If you're a Ford fan this 1968 Ford F100 with a 131" wheel base is worth your time. I rarely see the long bed style for sale. The truck was used on a farm for majority of its life and was well maintained. When the owner died he willed to his grandson who was in the military and could not take the F100 with him. He sold it.The last owner let it sit for 8 years until I found it. Give me a call for details and remember its forty seven year old pickup. The rear suspension is air ride, 2 Viair compressors and a 5 gallon tank. Lifts and lowers real quick. The motor is a 94 5.9 12v Cummins turbo diesel. P-pump. 15x40 sticks. All new coolant hoses, valve cover gaskets. Pump is turned up. Has a torque converter lock out switch. 727 auto transmission I believe. Also just had the brakes and steering serviced. Unsure of the actual milage. The motor is super strong, starts right up and runs like a beast. The tires are in good shape. The whole vehicle is in great shape for a "rat rod" must see to appreciate.
