Posted for sale is my buddy's 1934 Ford streetrod. This early 1990's Gibbons bodied cruiser was originally built in the 90's by an older gentleman and then tucked away and not used. When my friend got it in 2012 he tore it down and over the next 2 years he has redone everything. The body came from Gibbons already chopped 3". It has a Chassis Engineering frame with a mustang II front end and a 4-bar coil-over shock rear end. The rear axle is a 9" Ford, housing 2.73 highway gears (new). The front disc and rear drum brakes are power assisted and also new. The interior is gray leather with new VDO gauges and a Jensen stereo system which all work as they should. Seat belts front and back. The suicide doors are opened from the outside with a hidden button. The suicide doors also have safety deadbolt locks to prevent accidentally opening the doors when moving. The rack & pinion steering is not power assisted as it does not need it. The motor is a 290 HP crate 350, that has the same mileage as the car, 2,550 miles. This also goes for the stainless steel headers, aluminized exhaust system, chromed Edelbrock carb and manifold, Bills Speed Shop engine brackets, 100 amp chrome alternator and a/c compressor. It has a Walker radiator and shroud without electric cooling fan. Even with the a/c on in Florida it never gets over 190. Everything but the case under the dash on Vintage Air system has been replaced and it can freeze you out. All the original wiring was stripped from the car and it was rewired front to back with a new EZE Wire system. All new fuel lines were ran and brake lines and hoses replaced where necessary. It has a new battery and the underneath looks as good as the topside. Its hard to believe its the same pinkish colored car he started with. The blue pearl paint is excellent and only in bright light do you realize its not black. He has won quite a few best of shows here in the Tampa area. The car runs on new 15" American mag wheels and new tires with 2,550 miles. The owner built a trunk rack on the back that you can see in the pictures. It is made to take on and off with two wrenches. He recently bought a bra and grille screen to protect the front end and they come with the car. In the interest of full disclosure, the only thing that could use replacing is the front and back bumpers. The chrome is good but they were slightly tweeked at one time. Unless you are looking for it you wouldn't know it. Unfortunately we didn't have time for posing the car in the best location and light due to a storm moving in and in my haste I forgot to take the bug screen off the grille. It is a fully chrome grille. Its a striking car that gets compliments everywhere he has taken it. 1965 Ford F100 Twin I Beam Custom Cab. Original from North Carolina. In 1966 the truck was moved to Ruskin, FL and worked in a small business in the area until 1989, the same year the business closed its doors. In June 6 1989 the person I bought the truck from purchased the truck and kept it for 25 years. In 25 years the truck drove only 1,654 miles and the original owner lived 9 miles from work, for this reason the truck has a pretty decent millage. The actual, original, millage is 81,030 (I have the documentation to prove it since June 6 1989). Engine:V8 352 original engine and transmission. Motor has a new edelbrock carburetor. The truck starts in the first crank, drive strong and straight, it's a Fast Truck, you can burn the tires! Have new brakes, clear tank and fuel line, very good suspension. The truck has no leaks. Overall very clean condition. The last owner moved the three on tree gear to the floor (you can see it in the pictures) If you would like to put it in its original place I have all the original parts to put it back, it's easy (I like it on the floor). Interior:Very clean interior. The original radio (only AM) new antenna, and everything on the dash works properly. All dash lights, fan, heater, gas gauge, temperature, speedometer, tachometer, wipers work perfectly. All the windows roll up and down like new. The doors lock and unlock perfectly. The truck has the original owner manual, not a copy. Body/Exterior:Painted a couple years ago and the paint still shines. No bond and no rust. The truck has an eight foot bed that never needs to be made. The floors pan are solid like a rock. Exterior has all the original trims and emblems in very nice conditions. Nice tires and rims have less that 300 miles, like new! (I do not have the original rims but I have the 4 original hubcaps that I can include in the sale). All lights work perfectly: headlights, rear lights and signal lights. Clear FL title in my name. Garage kept. This truck only needs a new proud driver! Drives anywhere!
