1938 Ford Convertible Sedan. This car sat in a barn in RI since 1965. Odometer reads 15K, believed to be true mileage. The bad: Barn leaked, car has surface rust, top needs to be replaced, rust in drivers floor and also a section under the rear seat. Left rear door bottom needs attention at lower edge. Hood sides are missing. Window glass is fogged. Fuel tank needs to be cleaned. The good: Remainder of floor and trunk are solid. Otherwise, body is very solid. All 4 doors, hood and trunk open/close very well, no sagging, body lines are perfect. Radiator was replaced with a nice original. All windows roll up & down effortlessly, all stainless window surrounds are perfect. Chassis is in very nice condition, has 3.78 rear. Also has a 59 AB engine which runs very well. Car goes up the road nicely, steering is great. All top irons are present and free, top closes. Banjo steering wheel, gasoline-powered heater. Awesome candidate for complete resto, or hotrod, or fix a few things and drive her the way she is. She sure would look great with a few surfboards hanging out the back! $16,500 o/br, No Title
