1963 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible Great driver and a lot of fun! Car was ordered with a 390 3speed on the column. A 428 from a Mercury and a 4speed on the floor have been installed. A $600 carb has just been installed. Interior redone. No tears in top, but rear window needs replacing. All glass is good. Frame is very clean. Solid trunk. Floor pans good but some rust showing. Runs Great! Very few left.
1956 Ford Victoria This is one beautiful Vic! For many, 1956 was the pinnacle year for Ford in style and class! Even if you are not a Ford fan, you will have to agree that this car has both! Car is a California car and was shipped to Wisconsin for a complete frame off restoration and completed in about 2001. The car came with a 292 which it still retains, but was completely rebuilt to 312 specs. Engine has less than two thousand miles on her and runs like a top! Interior is almost perfect and undercarriage is very nice and clean! Body is straight as an arrow. Couldn't be any better! NO evidence of rust even under close scrutiny. A true SURVIVOR! In 2011, a tornado hit the home where the car resided. When all was over, the house was shredded and the garage that housed it was gone! There sat the 56 Vic with very little evidence that anything ever happened! I do have some pictures of the tornado approaching and after it left, with the 56 still resting, a couple of news papers on tornado and the car being left sitting. A whole new meaning to car Survivor! The Vic did received a new paint to freshen up any evidence of the tornado that almost took it. The car looks like it has just received a complete restoration! Gorgeous! Paint is about a 9+ out of ten. Interior is about a 9 out of ten. Engine and bay is about a 9 out of ten. Trunk about a 9, and undercarriage about an 8+. Chrome on bumpers is a 10. Stainless steel trim is about a 9. Glass is a 9. These are MY honest ratings. Some may give it higher, but not many would give it lower. [email protected] On Jul-24-15 at 12:00:31 PDT, seller added the following information: FYI, The car has had a visual inspection Tues. by an older gentle from out of state and he gave it a high #2 rating. He has a large collection of many classic cars, including #1 cars, and has many years of experience. In fairness to all, I did not inform him of the reserve price neither.
