This car has won multiple awards including Best of Show & Best Ford at shows too numerous to count, and has been twice invited to the Keeneland Concours d'Elegance in Lexington, Kentucky. The body was treated to new quarter panels & rocker sills. The front cross member was replaced. The body is laser straight and the base/clear paint is stunning. All brightwork is in excellent condition, and all emblems and the hood ornament have been replaced. The interior is new throughout including seat covers, carpet, headliner, door panels & kick pads. The engine is a 292 cubic inch Y-block V8 with the M-260 Hi-Performance kit including hi-flow heads, camshaft and 2 four barrel carbs. The transmission is a 3-speed manual with overdrive mated to a 3.89:1 ratio differential. The car is optioned with twin factory spot lights, Continental kit, fog lights & mirrors, Thuderbird valve covers and air conditioning. Other items worthy of mention are a new radiator, six-blade fan, '57 312 counterweight distributor, new front suspension, all new hoses & belts and much more. This Ford has been stored in a climate controlled environment since being rebuilt. There is truly more to say about this car than can be listed here.
