The previous owner had run over a small animal but the damage was so minimal I couldn’t figure out why it was branded. I fully inspected it and there was absolutely no frame or major damage. It was only trivial damage. The plastic front bumper cover was cracked along with some of the plastic air shielding underneath and along the bottom of the back bumper cover. The muffler was also dented. I replaced the front bumper cover, the bottom of the back bumper and broken plastic air shielding underneath and was good to go. I have photos of the original damage if interested. The only reason I’m selling it is because my oldest 2 kids have moved out and I no longer need it (could use the cash to help support them). This is nice 1996 Ford Bronco. This is the last year this body style was available. Destined to be a future classic! This particular rig was formerly used as a sheriff rig for a small county out her in Utah. Typically state owned vehicles are very well maintained. This Bronco has no rust on the wheel wells or tailgate, or anywhere on the body for that matter. It's still wearing it's original paint and the "emery county sheriff" decal outlines can still be seen. This would make a great movie prop, or just a fun mountain rig. Now the bad.. Both armrests for the seats are broken off, the dash has a couple cracks in it, and the interior does have some wear. The drivers seat foam is about due for replacement. It sags to the left. The carpets could use a major cleaning. The exterior has dings and scratches like any 20 year old rig does, but it overall very presentable. The underside could used a full sanding and some undercoat. There is no major rust, but I would do that if you planned to take this off road in any way to preserve it. It also has a "check engine" light on. It runs and shifts excellent, but I can't seem to get rid of the pesky light. It still passed emissions. The 351 roller windsor engine runs excellent and the transmission shifts well. It does have locking front hubs as well. I have repaired the following: New IAC New premium wiper blades New upper and lower ball joints right side Complete rebuild of air conditioning system, everything was replaced. Rear o2 sensor New 31x10.50/15 GoodYear duratrac tires on new steel wheels. Includes new fender trim in boxes from LMC. The drivers side is bad and I wanted them to all match. It is encouraged to have this rig taken to a mechanic to have inspected before you make the purchase. I bought this Bronco with the intent to re sale it. This truck is sweet!! It's a 99 7.3L F250, powered by a 7.3L PowerStroke Turbo diesel, engine has no blowby, it runs like a top. The transmission shifts crisp and firm, no hesitation or slipping. The truck is sitting on a estimated 10" lift, all suspension, no body lift! This one is rolling on 38x15.50x20 tires with about 40 percent tread on them. I just had all ball joints and rear brakes replaced. I bought this truck from another dealer that took it in on trade, I didn't get much history on it, which is a shame. It has big exhaust and must have some sort of tuning done because if you get after it, there is some black smoke and it has a lot more power than a stock truck. The truck has an 03-04 grill, 05-07 headlights and I put on a 08-10 rear bumper and tailgate. No accidents reported on the autocheck. It does have dings and scraps, like most trucks do. It has a 99 era cloth bench seat up front with 05-07 superduty rear seat. It also does not have a receiver hitch on it currently, I can get that at my cost and installed if you want it.
