For sale is our truck and camper. I love my truck, and we have loved the vacations we've had in this camper, but with a recent transfer to the big city, we've decided to let the truck and camper go. Would like this sold, and happy to consider offers (ridiculous low-balls politely ignored). **Asking Price is $39,900 CDN O.B.O. (approx. $32,500 USD). Unfortunately it won't let me switch currencies. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Truck: 2011 F-350 XLT, Diesel, 4X4, Crew Cab, Long Box One owner - I purchased it new from Evergreen Ford in Washington State (for my American friends, I have no idea if it's possible to repatriate this truck to the US. If you figure out how to do it, I'm happy to assist). Still covered by the balance of the 5 year power train warranty. The truck is just getting close 74,600 km (that's right; kilometres). It has also just had it's oil change less than 500km ago, so you're good for 6 months. In addition to the factory installed equipment shown on the window sticker, it also has:- Dealer installed Ford block heater, - Dealer installed Ford 1000' bi-directional remote start, - Ford OEM seat covers. - TorqLift tie towns The truck also comes with - a set of winter tires on Lariat rims, all installed with TPMS. - Weathertech floor mats- screen to protect the radiators that I bought but never got around to installing- tow receiver and sleeve Camper: 1997 Northern Lite Queen Classic, 9'6" that fits a long box truck. Has a North South oriented bed. Dinette is on the passenger side ahead of the fridge, and the bathroom is on the rear on the drivers side. Included are all of the items we bought for the camper. Plates, dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, water hose, etc. We're not buying another camper, so you can everything that is in ours. Drop this on your truck and you're ready to go (or even easier, buy my truck!).Comes with most of the accessories we bought for it, like the folding aluminum stairs, and the power cord. I also have a dolly I made for the camper. It's the same height as my truck bed, but is on heavy duty casters (each rated for 800 lbs), and allows you to wheel the camper around when not on the truck. The stove and fridge work great, as does the furnace. I have never bothered turning on the hot water heater, so it's a question mark. Camper is on my truck in North Vancouver. Here are the answers to the questions I get asked most frequently: 1. There is no second bed option in the camper. The only bed is Queen sized North/South bed over the cab, the dinnette does not convert to a bed. 2. The plumbing does not leak. 3. The floor seems solid. 4. The fridge (3 way) and stove work great, and the furnace does work. I have never turned on the hot water heater to figure out if it works. Knowing my wife and I would never use the wet bath to shower, it didn't seem like it was worth the trouble or propane to turn on (it is camping, right?). 5. The are no leaks. There is a small amount (1 sq. ft.) of condensation damage on the inside on the wall because 2 winters ago I just cracked a vent and did not run a space heater. The winter before and this past winter I did run a space heater. The damage is cosmetic only. We have used the camper for over a year since the winter that occured and the camper has not leaked. 6. The camper is 18 years old and had multiple owners (I have no idea how many). The fibre glass shell is in great shape, but previous owners have resealed windows and hatches and not done a great job in terms of cosmetics. There is a few unrepaired chips in the fibreglass in locations that do not affect water-tightness, and previous owners have added their own touch, for better or worse, over the years. 7. With the exception of the previously mentioned condensation damage, the camper is as I purchased it 3 years ago, except that we replaced the mattress. 8. The camper has not been smoked in while we owned it, and it didn't smell like smoke when we purchased it. I am accepting offers. I would be willing to separate the truck and camper, the obvious caveat being the camper has to go first. Any questions just ask. Contact me to view the truck or camper. Sorry for all the photos - might load slowly for you, but I wanted to show the truck really well, including the warts.
