Up for sale is a good looking ole classic car that you don't see on every corner and the best part is it's ready to enjoy and at a price that won't break your bank account.This Falcon Fentura offers a very solid rust free body, frame, trunk and floors. It's not a perfect restored trailer queen but rather what I consider to be a nice driver quality. I would rate the car overall about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being perfect. The paint is nice, high gloss, straight and very presentable. The chrome, glass, stainless etc appear to be original it all looks good but does show its age with some fading and lite pitting. The car is riding on brand new 15 in cragar wheels w/ new tires.The interior is clean throughout and presents itself very well. Most of it I believe to be original with the exception of the front seats has been recovered at some point.The car has a good sounding 289 V8 with an automatic transmission and stock rear end. It is equipped with power steering, disc brakes, bucket seats and vintage a/c has recently been added. The car rides and drives great and has NO known mechanical problems. It hits the road very smooth! Up for auction is one of the coolest ole classics that's ever came through our shop EVER! I've owned the most popular cars 69Z's, Mid year Corvettes, Chevelles, Cudas, you name it I've owned it but never owned a car/truck that got as much attention and compliments as this ole 41 rat!! This truck turns heads and draws a crowd everywhere it goes!Now days people go out of their way to try and create patina but this truck has 60+ years of patina! The cool factor is off the charts with this one!This is a N.C. truck its last known documented purchase was from Concord motors in Concord N.C. on November 16th 1962. (I have the bill of sale from then) In 1959 someone customized this truck with rolled tucked seat cover, 49 rear fenders and 40 front end. The paint and patina you see today is the same way it was redone in 59. This truck was modernized for drivability. It was upgraded with a complete drive train from a second generation Camaro, 4 bag air ride system, new style straight axle front end, heater, aluminum radiator (absolutely NO overheating problems) tachometer 350/330hp engine, turbo 350 automatic and 10 bolt rear end ne There has been less than 5,000 miles placed on the drivetrain and components since its completion less than 2 years ago This truck is turn key ready to enjoy. The previous owner made several trips as far as Myrtle beach S.C (approx. 4 hour trip) You can jump in this truck and cruise anywhere! The signals, horn, lights speedometer etc work. The wiper does not work. Since I've owned her I've drove it around town a few took my boy to school in it and also had it on a 2 hour trip with NO problems!!
