Terms of Sale Overview All vehicles above $2500 will be charged a dealership documentation fee of $250. All vehicles $2499.99 and under will be charged a dealership documentation fee which is 10% of the sale price. All vehicles will be charged a $15 title transfer fee. We can supply an Ohio 30 day temporary tag for $18.50 for all qualifying vehicles. State of Ohio customers who are transferring plates and are not trading in a vehicle can do so for $4.50. State of Ohio customers that are trading in a vehicle and are transferring plates will be charged an additional $5 title transfer fee and $4.50 plate transfer fee. Taxes are paid at the customer's local sales tax rate. Waikem Auto Family must receive tax payments from Ohio residents at their county's tax rate. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, emissions testing, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
