Up for sale is my 1932 Ford Roadster Pickup. It was built in 2014 and has about 3500 dependable miles. It has a So-Cal buggy spring chassis that was power coated black. It has a new 350 Chevy crate engine, Rebuilt Turbo 350 transmission, 9 inch Ford rear with 3:25 gears. Smitty's mufflers, Alum radiator, 50 amp mini alternator, FlowKooler water pump, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, 16 gallon gas tank, Wilwood front brakes, split wishbone radius rods. The body is a new Brookville roadster pickup body with a Model A pickup bed. VDO electric gauges, Limeworks column shifter, Ididit steering column, Limeworks '40 steering wheel. The upholstery, top and tonno cover are by Sid Chavers. The color is a one off "chocolate milkshake" with a off white dash and firewall. This truck gets a lot of attention and admirers wherever it goes and recently won the "One Fine Deuce" award at the Goodguy's event in Pleasanton last August. If you are looking for something a little different and not the normal cookie cutter '32 then this truck could be for you. This is a very solid cancer free body project. It runs, drives, and stops. The original gas tank has been professionally cleaned coated, have receipt. The original radiator has been boiled out and upgraded to four core have receipt. The DRUM brakes are new with new wheel cylinders, surfaced drums, packed front bearings, and bled. *** I did not replace the power brake booster, power brake part does not work***. The automatic transmission has a new filter and a drain plug installed. The cooling system has a new water pump, thermostat, and hoses. ***I did not replace the heater core***, all the belts are new. There is a new fuel pump an inline filter. The car is an original air conditioned car with the vents in the dash. It is a complete car that has not been dismantled or molested. One of the original wheels is missing and the car has a set of rolling tires. This is a clear title original black plate california car currently on non op status with CA/DMV. There is surface rust no rusted through areas anywhere. The It needs body work, headlamp and tail lamp bezel, and a new grill. Needs paint and interior too. The car has a repairable fiberglass tonneau cover and a nice shell in good condition. It has a coolant leak on the left side of the engine under the exhaust manifold maybe the freeze plug I don't know?? It comes with a new battery. To start it I have to short across the solenoid. 1960 FORD THUNDERBIRD COUPE. 82,041 Original Miles. Restored in 1985. Body & Paint still in perfect condition. Most of the Chrome in great original condition - some pieces were re-chromed as needed. Car has always been garaged during my last 30 years of ownership. Original Interior in good condition. Seats were replaced by nice ones from a 1959 T-Bird that I once owned a few years ago (original seats were reupholstered non authentic by a past owner). I have a running Lincoln 400 CID Engine with Working Automatic Overdrive Transmission that came out of a running 1977 Mark V - just needs to be installed in Car (original engine block cracked a couple of years ago). Also needs a new Power Brake Booster Unit (good time to up-grade to a duel Master Cylinder and maybe front Disk Brakes - that was my plan). Needs new Tires as I wore out the last set - you can pick out the kind you prefer! Driver's Window needs replacing as someone bumped into it recently and it has a crack in it now. Otherwise, the Car is ready to go! I just retired and downsizing my Collection. No time to finish the Engine / Transmission Project. Would have asked $15,000 if Car was running - yours for $9,000!
