What happens if I arrive at the facility and I see that the vehicle is missing parts, its totally not what it seemed to be in the images, it was tampered with, keys are missing etc.? What should I do? You should immediately contact our offices, speak to a supervisor, then make sure you point out serious damage to a Yard manager. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. Whatever you do, do not pull that vehicle out of the facility if it is not what you want there is not returning it, you own it once it is out of the gate. Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Please feel free to present our images to a local repair shop to obtain fair and reasonable repair estimates. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! 3. Where is the vehicle? Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. I'm selling a 02 f450 portable toilet truck with everything or with just the flat bed your choice. I would like 12000.00 for truck with tank vacuum pump and motor ready to work. If you don't want tank and just want with flatbed would like 8500. In the past year I have put in a new Transmission the trans was used but was a Reman ford unit with low miles about 1000 when installed maybe put another thousand on it. Has some new rear tires. I put in a used I beam, at that time put new ball joints and new hub bearings. Also installed new A/C compressor. Now for the bad truck has an oil leak. The oil pan nut is leaking driver seat is torn and ripped. I will have truck fixed for either 12000 or 8500 price. By my mechanic.
