1995 Ford Ranger XLT with just over 200k. Truck was owned by my father-in-law and he no longer needs it. Truck is tight for its age/mileage and runs very well. Here are the known minor imperfections besides the slight cosmetic ones.... The water temperature gauge does not function, the blower works fine but only of the #4 setting (the highest), the key in ignition chime sometimes dings even when the key is removed and the rear sometimes whines when cold, he had it checked out, and mechanically it was sound just an annoyance. SOLD AS-IS..
I bought this truck in 2009 and it has been nothing but a great reliable truck. About a week ago my check engine light came on with the following codes P02196 P0316 P0304 P0204 P0300 P0303. I immediately drove it home 4 miles and it has been sitting in my driveway for about a week. I purchased a new truck and don't want to put any money into it. This is far from a perfect truck there is rust starting under the wheel well but the frame is solid (never plowed). The exhaust has a leak but does not affect the driveability of the truck. The passenger window came off the track and does not work along with the rear passenger rear window.And a few large dings/scratches in the body. Everything else functions as it should for 185k. The good is the tires were purchased in February and have plenty of life left on them, it has a two week old battery from AAA with a 6 year warranty. Clear CT title in hand. The truck runs and drives but will be SOLD AS-IS for parts
