1988 Ford Bronco EDDIE BAUER RARE COMBO: 5.8 liter Fuel Injected V8 w/C6 Trans!100% Original Paint and Rust Free! 48,521 miles on the odometer. Looks and drives as though the odometer has never turned over.Take a look at this gorgeous Eddie Bauer Bronco. This truck is equipped with the powerful fuel injected 351 (5.8 liter) that is coupled to a C6 transmission. It was only one or two years that you could get this combination. Normally the 5.8 had a 4V carb when coupled with the C6. So this was probably the last year for this combo. Later in ’88 or ’89 you had to get the automatic overdrive with your 5.8 liter. And of course the overdrives weren’t as tough and reliable as the C6.Purchased from an estate. Garage kept. Well maintained.This Eddie Bauer looks gorgeous and the original paint shines beautifully! There are some dings and maybe a light scratch or two. But as you can see, the factory paint and chrome shine like new! The top has never been off. If you've been waiting for a Bronco that is in amazing condition, then look no further. No disappointments here. Ice cold AC. Out on the road this truck drives beautifully and is nice and tight. There is plenty of power from the 5.8 liter and the C6 trans shifts perfectly. All the accessories work properly and this Eddie Bauer has two sets of wheels and tiresI am happy to bring this truck to any local Ford Dealer or mechanic and have it inspected for you at your cost.
