The 512 TR is powered by a 4.9L V12 producing 428 hp and features a traditional 5-speed manual transmission with gated shifter. Our 512 TR runs well but will need an engine-out, major service to be in excellent driving condition. We’ve decided to offer the car at a discounted price given the work needed (already factored in). Aesthetically, the car is in great shape and does not reflect its mileage. The interior is very clean and the exterior paint looks gorgeous as well. Built in May 1992, this 512 TR was originally delivered on September 13th 1993 where its first owner enjoyed the car for nearly 17 years. Its second owner acquired the car in June 2010 and the third and final owner had the car from July 2012 until just recently. It features 18” wheels, red brake calipers, power windows, air conditioning and more. It also comes with an Alpine head unit, owner's manuals, the toolkit (incomplete) and more. Improvements Over the Testarossa The 512 TR's engine was modified in a number of ways compared to the original Testarossa. Nikasil liners were added, along with a new air intake system, Bosch engine management system, larger intake valves, and a revised exhaust system. In addition to the higher peak power, the modifications delivered a broader power curve for better acceleration. Gearshifting effort, long a complaint about the Testarossa, was eased with a new single-plate clutch, sliding ball bearings, and better angle for the shifter. The braking system included larger front rotors and cross-drilling all around. Quicker steering, lower-profile tires, and new shock settings improved handling. Most importantly, engine and gearbox position was rethought, which improved the centre of gravity, aiding the handling and making the car less fearsome on the limit. The interior was revised too, with the center console split from the dashboard, and the climate controls relocated. 1999 Ferrari F355 F1 Spider - 21,811 Original Miles / F1 Transmission This 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider comes in a back exterior color and features a beautifully contrasting beige leather interior. It is equipped with a 6 speed F1 transmission (with paddle shifters), similar to the one found in the Ferrari 360 that succeeded it. Only 1,053 Ferrari F355 Spiders were ever built with the F1 transmission - this is one of them! The car’s original wheels were painted gloss black and look incredible on this particular configuration. It features a limited slip differential, power seats, power windows, a CD player and more. For the first time ever on a Ferrari, the F355 also included a semi-automatic soft-top which was powered electronically. The F355 can be driven both comfortably or spiritedly thanks to two distinct damper settings: "comfort" and "sport”. In addition, it features power-assisted steering which highly improves low-speed drivability compared to its predecessor, the Ferrari 348. In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful Ferraris ever built with lines that are both retro and timeless. However, its appearance was also designed with aerodynamics in mind thanks to over 1,300 hours of wind tunnel analysis that provided it with significantly more downforce at speed. While the F355 is a beautiful and very quick car, its exhaust note is easily one of the most exciting and memorable aspects of the vehicle. The sound it produces is purely Italian and keeps getting better and better all the way up to its 8500 RPM redline - you won’t be disappointed. 1983 Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole - 22,786 Original Miles / Original Paint This 1983 Ferrari 308 GTSi Quattrovalvole comes in a classic red on black color configuration. The paint job is completely original with no repainted panels on the car. The interior is in great shape given its age and the leather throughout the cabin is well-kept. Aesthetically, the car is stunning to look at and its visual condition makes you feel as though you've entered a time machine. Its most recent owner had it for the last 10 years and loved every minute of ownership. It is in very good mechanical condition and runs well with no issues to report. The vehicle features a 5-speed manual transmission and a 2.9L V8 engine that included fuel injection for the first time as of 1980. The GTS version of the Ferrari 308 features a targa top that can easily be removed by a single person. While the Ferrari 308 had been around since 1975, an important change was made halfway through its production run. In 1980 Bosch K-Jetronic mechanical fuel injection was added on the 308 GTS (subsequently renamed 308 GTSi) which helped reduce its emissions. The Bosch fuel injection system was coupled to a Marelli MED 803A Digiplex electronic ignition system, incorporating a coil, distributor and ignition module for each bank of cylinders. Unlike the 308 GTSi it succeeded, the Quattrovalvole featured 4-valves per cylinder (quattrovalvole means "four valves" in Italian) which increased its power output to 240 hp and restored some of the performance lost to the emission control equipment of previous model years. We have the original owner's manual with some service stamps in it. This classic Ferrari is a significant piece of the company's rich heritage and would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
