The year 1999 is the first year the 360 succeeded the 355. A lightweight aluminum body, 400hp, increased aerodynamics, and simplified serviceability were all ushered in by the 360 Modena. Cars made only in 1999 have one less catalytic converter than all the other years of production, which makes the 1999 360's the most powerful and fastest. I also wish to point out this is NOT A SILVER Ferrari. This rare color is grigio titanio which translates from Italian to 'titanium gray'. It's a beautiful rich finish with a metallic flake. The original wheels were powder coated a deep gunmetal which compliment the appearance a lot better than the bland silver alloy. The interior is a special order "bull red" leather by Ferrari which truly gives the car a unique zest. It looks amazing. All together this Ferrari is probably the nicest looking 360 out there. Originally sold for $253,000 back in 1999 and I have the sale contract to prove it. Some tasteful upgrades it had along the way are a Viper security system, premium sound system with Pioneer head unit and 2x 10" Diamond Hex behind-the-seat subs, Bluetooth phone and sound, and a Tubi exhaust system. The Tubi does a great job at bringing out that Ferrari sound. It sings beautifully. All these upgrades were professionally installed with receipts. New Michelin tires and newer brakes. Just took the car through a full service with new clutch (100%), fresh fluids, and everything inspected and perfectly functional. Selling my beloved 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena. It has a clean title, approx 70k miles, and runs and drives excellent! The seats were re-upholstered very recently giving the inside a brand new look. It has a very nice stereo system including an aftermarket touchscreen DVD player, subwoofer, and amp, so the sound quality is excellent. It also has new wheels and almost brand new tires! I have owned this car for over 2 years and never spared any expense when it comes to having it serviced and maintained. It has had regular trips to the Ferrari Dealership for checkups, fluid changes, and general inspections. Runs and drives excellent and is ready for a new owner. I will say that on my last visit to the Dealership, I was informed it may need a clutch soon. I still drive it with no problems, although the clutch is starting to feel a bit weaker. On that note I've decided to part ways with it as I have come into a bit of financial strain. A new clutch is like $1300 in parts + labor (which you can get done at a great price if you know what you're doing, and that's what I'd be doing if I hadn't hit a rough patch financially.) Money invested into maintenance over the last year is as follows: The timing belt was replaced less than a year ago, so yes it has a NEW OEM TIMING BELT, and NEW OEM WATER PUMP Along with NEW OEM CAMSHAFT SEALS, and OEM CRANKSHAFT SEAL, and has also had the CAMSHAFT TENSIONER RECALL taken care of. Also had the two coolant COUPLER CLAMPS replaced under the intake manifold along with a new intake manifold gasket with OEM replacements Also has had ALL 8 COILPACKS replaced as well as SPARK PLUGS Both shifter cables have been replaced with NEW OEM So in short, this car has been meticulously maintained and VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I want to make it PERFECTLY CLEAR that I have spared no expense when it comes to the upkeep of this Ferrari. Videos can be sent upon request! 2000 Ferrari 360 in gorgeous nurburgring argento w/ black interior. You won't be disappointed in this near perfect original and complete and highly optioned example. It has all the hard to find important stuff: 3 keys and 2 remotes 1 red, 1 black, as well as alarm code. It just had its full service done about 800 miles ago, including: all belts including timing belts and tensioners, all the fluids and filters etc. everything to bring it fully update and I have all the paperwork for this. It has every book, tool kit and manual (in the custom ferrari leather cases), tire kit, even the original flashlight and Ferrari car cover. It also has tons of options including Scuderia shields, challenge grill, HIDs, daytona power seats, 6 disc cd, black brake calipers, leather headliner and even sunroof and its leather carrying case which is extremely rare. This car even has 2 sets of floormats in it to show you how protected its life has been, 1 OEM and the other w/ Cavillino emblem. The outside is in great condition, no dents or scratches your hard pressed to even find any minor rock chips. The interior again awesome condition no wear marks, dash is great, no rips or heavy wear any where. Everything on the car works exactly as it should, no leaks, no issues what so ever, brakes and tires also have lots of life left. This car will need nothing for a long time. It starts right up every time, clutch engages very smooth and shifts firm and crisp, 1 very experienced owner that drove it thought it had the stradale TCU but confirmed it didn't, but tells you how nicely it performs! The suspension is nice and tight, the car tracks perfectly straight under acceleration and braking. The only aftermarket parts are carbon fiber shift paddles and front bumper skid plates which are both are great to have. Its clean Carfax and title in hand. Carfax shows a few owners but most were just registration changing address or were dealer inventory. You won't find a cleaner more complete, original car w/ complete service and low miles at this price! It has just the right amount of miles that its been driven enough to keep the parts and seals lubed and fresh but still has low enough miles that its value will stay firm. Cars are meant to be driven and you will see often times the cars that have ultra low miles (under 10k) often end up needing alot service because they have just sat around and the rubber parts and bushings get old and hard and start to deteriorate from lack of use. You can see from the carfax this car did a nice even amount of miles each year and never sat for a long period and then have a bunch of miles all done at one time. Having all the original accessories is important on these cars, not having the red alarm remote or alarm code will mean having to have the whole alarm reset which is very expensive at the dealer, this car has both as well as all the original manuals in leather cases and a complete tool kit and car cover which are worth a couple thousand dollars together.
