Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Original and only owner. The VIN is ZFFYT53B000125373. This is a European specification car that I bought new while I was living and working in London. England. I determined early on that the car was much better suited to my vacation home in Florida and hired Autosport Designs of Long Island, NY to complete the EPA and DOT work. The related paperwork, including the NHTSA release, will go to the new owner. I titled the car in Florida in April 2003 where it has remained. I returned from London in 2005 and have since been using the car regularly. The instrument pod is original to the car, so the odometer reflects kilometers rather than miles. To fulfill DOT requirements, the speedometer face was changed to read both mph and kph. The car currently has approximately 24,500 miles. I drive the car every few days, so the actual mileage will be slightly higher. The interior, roll hoops and convertible top are all in gray and the exterior is Argento Nurburgring—nicely understated for a Ferrari. The car is accident-free and in excellent overall condition. The exterior has a few stone chips and there are a few small scratches over the rear bumper cover, but they’re hard to see. The car has never been tracked. The interior is likewise in excellent condition. All the sticky switch gear has been cleaned and/or refinished. The upper dash shrunk, which is not uncommon under the Florida sun. I had it replaced by Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale and it remains in great condition. I’ve since had ceramic film installed on all glass to help prevent a reoccurrence. The original floor mats were wearing out, so I added the ones pictured. The originals will go with the car. The tires—Michelin Pilot Super Sports—were installed in 2014 and have only 500 miles on them.I've read a lot of ads since listing my car and feel that I need to make certain things clear: - Of course the air conditioning works. Whenever the a/c seemed weak, I had it checked. The compressor was replaced in May 2012 and the hardline was replaced in Apr 2015. - Of course the convertible top works. I think I've now replaced all but one of the hydraulic pushers. - Of course the engine light is off. It's never been on except when it alerted me in 2016 to replace two of the rollover valves. I replaced all four because that's the way I've maintained the car. And this is the second full set of roll over valves I've had replaced over the 15 years I've owned the car. - The car shifts flawlessly. After my repeated complaints that the F1 system shifted worse than my previous 355, the Ferrari tech suggested the Challenge Stradale TCU option, which I had installed in 2008, before it became "the thing" to do. And there's a night and day difference between having that TCU and not having it.- I paid $4300 to replace the entire upper dashboard in Dec 2008 because of leather shrinkage. I waited months while it was ordered in from Italy. Was it necessary? No, but that's the way I've maintained the car.- For those of you searching Ferrarichat for flaws on early 360s, you'll find none remaining unresolved on this car.- There is absolutely nothing lurking in this car that has been ignored.I'm happy to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection at buyer's expense. FACTORY OPTIONS: F1 transmission Gray convertible top Matching gray roll hoops CD / RDS stereo 6-disk cd changer HID headlights (option in European markets at the time)Silver painted brake calipers ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: OEM Ferrari 360 Challenge wheels Capristo exhaust (no valves) Custom professionally installed sound system (Hertz, Audison and Alpine) with Bluetooth Escort 9500ci radar/laser detection professionally installed HomeLink rearview mirror (with 3 memories) Challenge Stradale TCU upgrade (installed by Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale) Ceramic film on windows and windshield (70%-almost clear) Clear bra on front bumper Battery tender (hardwired) SERVICE HISTORY: The car has been timely and fully serviced exclusively by authorized Ferrari dealerships (first by Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale and more recently by Ferrari of Tampa Bay). I will gladly detail dates and descriptions of services performed. Of course, the extensive and complete service history is available for review by potential buyers or their representatives, and the records will go with to the new owner. In April 2016, at 24,367 miles, the car underwent a $4615 service at Ferrari of Tampa Bay, including the replacement of one of the hydraulic pistons for the convertible top and replacement of all four roll over valves. In April 2015, at 24,118 miles, the car underwent an $8,941 service at Ferrari of Tampa Bay, comprising a major service, including belts and tensioners, new motor mounts, a new a/c hardline, and a new hydraulic latch for the convertible top. Before that, the car underwent an annual service in Nov 2013. Before that, in May 2012 at 21,981 miles, the car underwent a belt service and had a new clutch installed, including new flywheel, ring gear, etc., etc., etc., to the tune of $16k after discount. Included in that service was a new A/C compressor to resolve a slow leak. The new owner will get a car with absolutely no deferred maintenance. All the weaknesses of the early 360s have been attended to. All the expensive work has been done and is current. ADDITIONAL NOTES: The stereo installation is reversible. I have all the original equipment, which will go to the new owner. I bought a second pair of door pockets for the custom door speaker installation (the speaker grills mimic the Hertz logo). I have the original door pockets, which will go to the new owner. Subwoofer enclosure is friction fit and easily removable for service. I have the original starfish wheels and tires (which are essentially unused), which will go to the new owner. WHAT’S INCLUDED: The car, as described The original covers for the car, seats and steering wheel The original flat tire repair kit The original complete tool kit The original complete complement of owner’s manuals, including alarm and radio code cards The original wind buffer screen The original battery tender (European version) The original wheels and tires 1 red and 2 black remote keyfobs 2 keys (one unused) All original stereo equipment Original, unaltered door pockets Original floor mats All service records
