This is the 2006 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Convertible with just over 20K miles on it. I have owned Vipers since 1994 and I have to say this is by far the best one I have owned. Why am I selling it…Too many toys…and just got married, so it is time to cull the heard of cars. This has never been raced, never had any engine mods done except for the K&N air filter. Always adult owned and garaged. What sets this one apart from the rest is that this has been the baby in the garage....as well as HRE Wheels, The monster Vented hood, and the stereo system done right. Up front it has the Alpine Flip out Touch screen DVD ($1300) with the Morel Supremo door speakers ($3500+) 2 Rockford Fosgate Monster Amplifiers($1500) in the trunk. The first one running all of the interior speakers, and the second running the subwoofer. Stock Vipers come with an 8” sub in middle of the car, well this car has been completely refabbed with fiberglass to get a 10” Alpine subwoofer into it. It has a control knob in the center console to allow you to adjust the bass at any moment. Along with the fabrication of the center console tweeters were added to the top firing out and then to really top it off, the designer had Vipers (Snakes) airbrushed behind the seats to really show this off ($6000 in parts and labor). New Optima Battery, as well as Battery Tender and a $1200 custom made car cover come with this car. I bought this car from an older (60's) gentleman out of Spokane Washington 4 or 5 years ago…..when I saw this car, I about fell over…as you will too. The thing I had done. In 2011 a Toyota 4-Runners big lifted tire bumped the drivers fender...I kept a photo of the damage(Photo #16) so when I went to sell the car...NOW...you see it before it was repaired in 2011. If you don't have photos, you never know the story. The fender was fixed professionally and made it better than it was..why? I had the front end shot because as you can see in another photo, there was a car bra on this car. As you can see in one of the photos, inside the wheel wells the previous owner had installed snaps for a very expensive bra system. You never put a bra on these cars…it puts little scratches all over the front end. So when the fender got dinged.....I had the bra taken off and the entire front shot right, now looks like polished black glass. Car has always been maintained correctly. Is this car the cheapest one of this year you can find online??…no it is not, but I will tell you one thing, this one is a PREMIUM car at an incredible value. When it comes to cars like these, you do NOT want price to be the only consideration. The floor mat still has the ORIGINAL dealer plastic on it. No games, no grief. This car is being offered for sale locally, on Craigslist, on Ebay, as well as other locations. As with all used cars, I have described this car to the best of my ability. If you want the coolest, most rare Viper around, this is it! I like this body style MUCH better than the newest generation. This was a SPECIAL ORDER (only 3 ever made with this color and interior). FULL TAN LEATHER ($4000 option) is extremely rare as 99.9% of all Vipers have black seats. The exterior is the rarest paint color ever offered ( SNAKESKIN GREEN PEARL) which is sunlight sensitive and has gold metalflake highlights that show up with direct sun. I have provided several photos in different light conditions to show this. The date of manufacture was NOVEMBER 2009 - only 1 month from being a 2010 model - and IDENTICAL in features to the 2010's. Most of the 2010's were produced with stupid looking stripes which destroy the look of the car! The original owner (I am the second) paid $106,000 (a $10,000 dealer upcharge premuim) for the car at the largest Viper dealer in the U.S. to get this rare car. He hardly ever drove it and I bought the car with only 1600 miles in August of 2011 and have driven it approx 10,000 miles since only on nice days. I sold my 3rd generation 2005 Viper to buy this one - and the improvements Dodge made to the 4th generation models are incredible! This 600HP V-10 is smooth and SCARY FAST. THIS IS A LEGITIMATE 200+ MPH car (not with me driving it!) If you read the car magazines you already know that Vipers still hold the world lap time record (faster than all Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Corvettes, Porches etc. etc) at the Nurburgring track in Germany, which all world class cars are tested at. NEVER SEEN RAIN. Bottom of car is as clean as showroom new as are the tires which are Michelin Pilots. Factory upcharge option wheels are polished and clear coated.
