I've owned this Viper since 1999 and bought it from the original owner who bought it from Claude Short Dodge in Santa Monica, CA (no longer there). It has been meticulaously maintained by Dan Cragin who was the Viper tech at Claude Short and then went on to form the Viper shop in West L.A. Dan is very well known in Southern California as one of the most knowledgable viper techs in the west. I moved to Austin, TX a few years ago, so I now have the car here in TX, but have not driven the car much since I moved. I drive it a short distance or just start it up every other month to keep it running well. It's a stunner and drives great! It has a few bolt on mods that don't show on the outside. Dan Cragin installed Hennesy headers with a Borla exhaust (sounds great, but not too loud), larger throttle bodies with smooth tube intake runners, and a lighter flywheel. It's part of a rare performance package that Claude Short Dodge used to offer (there is a small plaque on the center console). The whole car is very clean and well taken care of.
