Score based upon no accidents, history, etc. If you are looking for a great car for a great price... then take a hard look at this car. This car is a great driving car, one that anyone would enjoy driving. Recent updates include the following:CoilDistributorPlugsPlug WiresTiming BeltWater PumpBelt TensionerFilters2 New tires, 2 others at 70% or betterQuick youtube video has been posted for anyone to check out- just to view temp display, hear engine (this is not the best quality but wanted to post something for you to check out) https://youtu.be/8C00ibHOcbgNEED TO KNOW:Cosmetically, the car has some paint fading, swirls in the paint, chipping and some gouge marks on the underside bumper and a mark tiny mark on the door. Spoiler has pitting from touch up paint- this could be sanded out. (much if not all of these items could easily be taken care of with someone with just a little bit of knowledge) The headlights are clear but they have marks in them as well from age. It looks great in pictures, even standing back a bit- but closer inspection you will see these items.The car has a kind of heavy turn over to start it up- but that's just how it starts. I also owned a Dodge Avenger, New off the lot- it started very similar. Please make note that the check engine light will show as (ON), on the dash display. Mechanically, the car is sound. Due to the age of the car and mileage our mechanic suggested an option to make our service updates that would also be both cost effective AND ensure dependability for the car.At the time of the update, the car was being driven back and forth daily to work- so it needed to be dependable. Some $$$ was put into this service update so this is much of why we are setting the price where it is- A/C needs some attention- what or how much...not sure. The fan works- we have driven this summer with the windows down. We opted to not make an investment on this as we felt it wasn't necessary for us.MILEAGE:229,900K - Don't bother to blink at this, especially with the updates- this car has some life to it. Car is sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY OR RETURN. Briefly, I want to say here that adding a claim of no warranty, and sold as is- is exactly what it is and just what others do- protect themselves. It is to my knowledge and belief this car is a solid car and would also make someone else a good car. However, everyone varies in opinion and so forth. But- someone looking for the best deal they can get, someone who doesn't have a lot to spend and doesn't want to get burned... I can't offer a warranty but like I said.. if this is something your interested in.. really check the car out.. its a pretty nice car over all. The car is listed for sale locally- so it is possible I will need to end auction early if the sale is made to a local buyer. Payment: A deposit of $300.00 via paypal. Cashier's check, (will confirm address after sale), The check must clear my bank before release of title and car. Full Payment is expected within 7 days of sale date. IF picking up the car- We will arrange a day and time convenient for both parties.We will meet first at my local bank, to clear cashiers check. Once check has cleared- we can then meet back there at the same location at the next most convenient time to deliver and sign over the car, if it will take more than a day. I will find out ahead of time however, how long to expect after speaking with my bank and gathering general details from you after the sale. SHIPPING: Responsibility of the buyer. I will be happy to coordinate with you however it is of help to you to arrange your shipment if need be.
