The vehicle is in good condition mechanically and good condition aesthetically. The vehicle is powered by Twin TD04 Turbos and A 3.0L V6 MPFI DOHC 24V engine, which runs very strong and smooth. The 5-speed Getrag manual transmission shifts perfectly into every gear and is noise free. The suspension on the vehicle is tight and drives smooth on the road. All power options and vehicle functions work excellent. There are no maintenance lights on in this vehicle. The wheels are Factory 17" Dodge Stealth R/T Wheels. The wheels are in good condition and show some normal wear(see pictures). There is some minor curbing and the passenger side front rim has a slight indent. The tires size all the way around is 245/45/ZR17. The tires brand is Goodyear Eagle GT. The tread depth is about 7/32s on all 4 tires. The overall condition of this vehicle is very good. The exterior is in good condition. The paint shines very nicely and is glossy. There may be a few light scratches here and there nothing too noticable. Normally I write an extensive description of what the car is, and what the model is all about. However, in the case of this Stealth, the pictures really do the talking. Plus, if you're looking at this listing, I'm sure you already know all about the cars at which you're looking. For the sake of providing the basics though, it's important to note that the Dodge Stealth was manufactured by Mitsubishi in Japan through a mutual manufacturing deal between Chrysler and Mitsubishi which lasted throughout the 80s, 90s, and 00s. The stealth is mechanically identical to the Mitsubishi 3000GT, but features entirely different bodywork and is much more rare. Surprisngly, many people don't know of its Japanese heritage, which makes the kind of an oddity. You can fit in in multiple enthusiast communities. Some may argue (myself included) that the Stealth is a bit more exotic than the 3000GT since the "big 3" never really made a 90s grand touring coupe like most Japanese and European companies did. Afterall, they were the trend in the early 90s. The interior of this Stealth is in beautiful condition. In fact, overall, its absolutely spectacular. The interior is finished in black and dark gray cloth. It has the original audio system with a really cool 90s graphic equalizer. It also has the digital automatic climate control which has a really cool animated color display that shows the flow of he air. The air conditioning retains its origina R-12 charge and is still ice cold. Everything in the interior works. The previous owner of this car was definitely a non-smoker. The cigarette lighter hasn't been used, nor has the ash tray. The car does have a drivers side airbag which was pretty much normal for a premium car from 1991. The rear seats do fold flat for hauling large cargo. It's amazing how huge the cargo area is with the seats folded flat. It's almost like a station wagon! Its possible for adults to use the rear seats, though I wouldn't want to sit back there for a long period of time. Even the carpet in the trunk is incredible. The original retractable soft cargo cover is even present, and we were told that this is an accessory which is virtually impossible to find. It works properly and retracts as it should. It attaches to the bottom of the hatch so it extends and retracts as the hatch is opened and closed. The carpets throughout the car are in like-new condition, as is literally every other part of the interior. This car is truly a time capsule; right down to the "new car smell." The exterior of this Stealth R/T is in exceptionally nice condition, and is Scarlett Red in color. This color is exclusive to the Stealth and is truly the best color for this car. To say it stands out is an understatement. The car has so many unique design elements which are a combination between the Japanese styling of the 3000GT and the 90s design language of Dodge. The front bumper is unmistakably dodge, while the side vents and strut tourette caps are distinctly Mitsubishi. The wheels are very unique and unlike anything on any other car. They're in flawless condition and even maintain their original factory markings from when they were manufactured, and the first tires were mounted. The outside of the car is actually completely free of dings and scratches. The paint is sublime except for a small area of scratches which appears to have been touched up some time ago. They're near the very bottom of the rear bumper in the center. It's hard to see, and was difficult to get it to show up in photos. If you look closely at the rear picture of the car, you can see it. The car has the original front license plate bracket which we were also told is virtually impossible to find. Most people end up screwing the license plate directly to the bumper. No need for that here. It's important to note that this car is completely 100% rust free. This car was clearly never driven in the winter. It could easily be on the showroom floor in 1991. In fact, our dealership was a Chrysler dealer back then, so it's fun to think that it kind of lines up in that respect. The car does have integrated fog lamps in the front bumper and flip up headlights for the low and high beams. All of the lighting works properly, and the pop-up lights go up and down properly and at matching speed. The tires are all in good shape and are matching. They are brand new. The tires were replaced because the age of the original tires made them a safety hazard.The brakes are in good shape and the car stops as it should. Even the brake calipers are still silver with no surface rust showing just how amazing this car's condition is. The legendary 3.0 Liter Four Cam V6 engine runs flawlessly and is very smooth. These engines are an incredible combination of power and smoothness. The car runs, drives, looks, sounds, and smells brand new. This is as nice as it gets! Looking to finally part ways with my 1992 Stealth R/T Turbo I have owned for the past 12 years. As you will see from the amount of money and time invested into the car, I never imagined I’d consider selling it. Time has changed my priorities and interests and the fact is I rarely drive it. In fact over the past 12 years I managed to put only about 24k miles on it only taking it out every once in a while the past several years. I was an active member of 3SI in the early days and have owned several 3000gt’s and Stealths over the years but could never bring myself to get rid of this one until now. I’ve done a lot of modifications to car to improve performance and looks and I believe it will show. Even at waste gate pressure it is an absolute blast to drive. You should have no problem getting high 600+ awhp out of the current setup dialing up the boost if you feel so inclined. We broke it in on the dyno a few years ago and it put down 403 awhp on wastegate pressure (12-13 psi). It is still on that same safe tune today. There are about 2000 miles on since the engine was rebuilt and converted to a big single turbo w/ a 3.5 Liter from a Pajero. In April of 2005 the car was involved in a freshwater flood where water came up to the bottom of the dash. Because of the attachment to the car, I purchased it back from insurance and rebuilt it and the title over the several years that followed. Everything was gone over or replaced during this time. All interior pieces were removed, cleaned, and reinstalled. Electronics and switches cleaned or swapped out, ECU replaced with the AEM EMS. The engine was also rebuilt with the current setup engine/trans setup that is now in the car. The car was professionally converted to 350Z Daytona Blue. It was a blue car before this so there are no odd colors to be found anywhere. I took great pain in restoring it and I believe it shows. It has < 106,000 miles on the chassis, but less than a few thousand on the rebuilt engine and trans. The car will fire up after a few cranks and will go when you get on it. Transmission shifts smooth and there are no known mechanical issues with the car. PA inspection through 5/15. Tires are near brand new with probably about 1000 miles on them. It is an absolute head turner everywhere it goes. The interior is in great shape. All leather seats and shift boot are all free of cracks or tears common on these cars. Carpet is clean and in good shape as well. Steering wheel is worn at spots, but otherwise in great shape. Also included in this sale are all my 3000gt and Stealth parts from over the years. I have a lot parts, some performance like a FMIC, some stock including a near complete 6 speed trans (missing center casing).
