Hello Ebayers heres the deal with this van im a local dealer i attend auctions on a weekly basis this sprinter was running and driving at one point through the auction the seller did not want to cut it loose for under 4500 so it was re run and re run back through , until it stopped running, then it went to a different sale an "inop" sale i bought it with the intentions of getting it running again and using it or selling it , i however cannot figure this van out for the life of me, what is occurring is you turn the key on and immediately the auxiliary cooling fan comes on you continue to turn the key towards start position and nothing happens, that's where im stuck i tried wiggling wires behind fuze box i even tried banging on the outer cover of fuze box as i have read in some threads, it could be a bad fuze box im not sure i cant spend more than a day on this which i already have so hence the reason for posting here , any questions ill be glad to ask here is my phone # as well 5o8 918 - o225. 2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500 118” wheelbase 200,000 Hard to find Silver 118” T1N Sprinter Current MA. inspection and clean title, I’m the 2nd owner since 2/2011 This van is solid and has plenty of life left in it. It has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. The 5cyl. turbo diesel pulls very strong and still has enough low end torque to spin the rear wheels but also sips fuel for 25 mpg. It’s starts first turn even in the coldest New England weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to take this vehicle cross country. I had planned to drive this van for at least another 3 years but I'm purchasing a new Sprinter for the tax write off. I'm a dyed in the wool 118” fanatic, these smaller vans drive and park like a compact car, it has a better turning radius than my wife’s Prius but can still fit a 9ft. long sofa.
