This van was loaded up from the factory and then a conversion was performed by Chariot, a well known Dodge conversion company. After that, a lift was added several years later when the owner required it. I sell a lot of handicap vehicles and generally they are stripped down and lack the comforts you would like if you want to take longer trips or use the vehicle for the rest of the family. This van would work great if you also needed to use it as regular family transport. This is also the first one I've seen with wireless controllers for the lift, and that makes a huge difference so you don't need to reach for a remote while in a chair. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
