1999 DODGE RAM 3500 DIESEL Here I'm selling a 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Laramie Hotshot/Transport truck that was owned and maintained by a company. By any means this truck is not perfect physically but i can honestly say mechanically about one of the best I've had. With in the past 100k the engine and transmission have both been rebuild. The truck has absolutely no Blow BY and runs very very healthy. Currently the Alternator and Starter have been replaced with new items. THE PICTURES I HAVE POSTED ARE WHEN I TRANSPORTED THE TRUCK MYSELF AND THIS TRUCK DOES NOT NEED TO BE TRAILED, YOU CAN DRIVE HER HOME NO PROBLEM. This truck truly does run and drive very well. Since we have own the truck she has never once not started and runs with no smoke out the tail pipe. I have noticed on cold starts, it may take 2/3/4 Cranks to fire but once warm it fires up first crank. The truck does not have a clean body as shown but if your looking for a work truck this is definitely it! Issues I've noticed front grille is cracked/ brokenfront tires could use replacementdrivers seat is rippedprevious owner used foam around the door seals ( no clue why/ can be removed)truck is plastic dipped flat black, red is its original colorbrake light is on the dash/ emergency brake does not work These are all simple fixes that anyone with some knowledge could fix, but i repeat the engine/transimission is probably one of the smoothest running 24v's I've ever had.
