I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. I bought this when I was in Las Vegas a few months ago, it lived its life in Nevada/southern Utah so she is 100% gaurenteed rustfree with 90% origional paint, I had some stone chips touched up behind the wheels otherwise all origional. Frame, doors all perfect, real sharp color deep purple factory color looks black in the shade but georgous in the sun. Truck is all stock owned by an adult buisness owner who was the second owner. Great servace history, the 12 valve fires right up, no smoke blow by or excessive leaking. Good clutch, tight front end, I spent 1500 bringing the front end up to snuff, brand new steering box, track bar, outer ty rod, hub berings and alignment she is now super tight and ready for another 200K. Fresh filters and fluids, ice cold air, rubber fair, brakes good, real nice interior everything working in there and clean no dash cracks headliner like new too.
