Up for sale is a strong running 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins turbo diesel 2wd (rear wheel drive), about 274,000 miles, 6 speed manual Transmission. has manual roll down windows, non power locks more of a base model, has A/C but needs new compressor to work, also anti-lock brakes do not work, but stops fine. Have owned for past 4 years as a reliable working truck and daily driver, runs strong, shifts good, just has some wear and tear as comes with a used vehicle. For starters It has newer front end parts like tie rods, control arm bushings, front and rear shocks, ball joints, idler arm, pitman arm, all done within the last year, new clutch was done about 15-18,000 miles ago, has newer audio deck for auxiliary cord hookup, Has Ram Box sub woofer under rear seat that sounds great, Truck runs strong, has Edge ez-tuner for added power, Single stack coming from the bed. Has intake and 4" downpipe. Truck has been excellent to me and always maintained and used for light duty trailer. always ran strong, can take anywhere. very rust Free truck was originally from Florida, the only few issues are really just cosmetic, the truck is a beige color but has had a newer bed put on it, due to an incident which involed it getting swiped on the side, so a newer bed was put on, and some body work done to the passenger side and has a dent above headlight on front quarter panel. the base has a bed liner material put on in a black strip, there is chips and scratches in the paint as this is a used truck, by no means new but is a decent older looking truck. the passenger rear door opens, but the one behind the drivers door does not open as it needs a new inner latch, and the plastic panel I have it was off due to inspecting for the issue, but never cared to replace it as not many passengers ever were in it. driver seat has one rip, And these dodge Dashboards cracked easily, and it is mostly broken and not there, it has been that way since I've owned it, being a Florida truck in the sun the dash cracked away much long ago. Rear bumper is dented due to someone backing into it, rear driver side tail light has one chuck of plastic at the base cracked out, not the lens, new one can be installed no problem. all lights work, The Front and rear tires have some tread but could use some new rubber eventually, the front rims (17")are different from the rear which are stock 16" rims. I have 2 extra 16" stock Rims with tires that are just like the rear ones on the vehicle now to go with it, just the tires aren't good rubber, Like previously stated these are cosmetic issues, the truck has always been maintained to run and be ready to go at all times, no sloppy parts. Maybe has a few drops of oil here and there, was told a oil pan seal was probably it, but nothing major to worry about as most older cummins have a little seepage I've seen. All in all this is a truck that can be an excellent work truck/ or dily driver as it has been with no major problems, oil changed every 3k, Always been a strong running fun to drive vehicle, only reason for sale is no longer have as much of a use for it! almost hate to see it go!
