1997 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel. 5-Speed Manual transmission. Laramie SLT edition loaded with every factory option. Ext Cab 4x4. 279k miles which means nothing for these 12 Valves. The interior was never smoked in and is super clean and free of major stains or tears. The paint is 1997 Dodge paint so of course it isn't perfect. The front fenders are the worst as fas as losing clear coat. Factory Stock with Cruise, A/C, power windows, seat, and locks. It starts and runs like it is brand spanking new. It has had the crucial and very expensive Killer Dowel Pin (KDP) tabbed as well as the 5th gear nut fix. The clutch is as new and also has a brand new $200 starter and the transmission and the transfer case were just serviced to the tune of $765. The fuel filter was changed more then recommended so a Genos Garage spin on attachment was installed for easy changing. There are no dummy lights on and it drives down the road with no silly squeaks, rattles, shimmies, or pulls. The A/C, Cruise, power seat, windows, and door locks all work perfect. The front end, the doors, not even the seat sags on this truck. It is tight and solid. It has never been in an accident or had any body work done. There is only one spot of rust above the right rear wheel. There is absolutely no other rust as seen in pictures. All other panels are completely dry. I have a Carfax printed out. There is not one crack on the dash. This thing is factory stock just like they should be. It has the 3:55 gear ratio with the Dana 70. If you know my ebay handle, I have had tons of these trucks and I cannot express to you how solid this one is. This is a 1 out of 10 rig that is more solid than most with half the mileage.. It has been taken care of like no other and is ready to go just as it sits.. Someone is going to be very lucky and happy with this truck.. It can be shipped anywhere in the world. 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel. 4x4 automatic with an actual 79,000 miles. It has the 12 Valve Cummins motor and yes it only has 79K original miles. It runs, shifts, and drives like a brand spanking new one because it virtually is. This truck spent it's entire life in way Southern Colorado where it is extremely dry.. It was garaged most of it's life. It was only used for lake outings in the summer.. It started with a truck camper on the back for years and then switched to a lil bigger 5th wheel camper. It still has camper tie downs and the 5th wheel hitch in it. The exterior is not perfect but has very minimal problems.. Of course the paint is losing some clear coat in places. As you can see in the pictures the elderly owner tried to "touch up" an area on the bed where the clear coat was coming off... There was NOT any body work done there and this truck has never had any body work done whatsoever. The only two places on the truck that aren't perfect are on top of the bed-rails in the very back by the tail-gate where the fifth wheel bumped it going over an incline. Look at pictures. If these areas were fixed with some new paint in places this is hands down the nicest in the Country.. The interior as you can see is near showroom new. The only flaw is the very common hairline crack on the dash that a dash mat can fix.. The interior is all factory besides the new Glow Shift - Boost, Transmission temp, and Exhaust temp pillar gauges to monitor things. I just pulled the plastic off the gauge faces today.. The truck has been upgraded to the new Cummins style 17" wheels for bigger brakes with Pirelli tires. I have the factory wheels if you'd like them.. Also has newer Bilstein shocks. There was front end work recently done along with a "wobble stopper" installed and then aligned so it drives as true as can be.. This thing has the 4.10 gears so it will pull anything you'd like.. The motor is completely un-touched just like they should be. You won't find another one like this.. Someone is going to be very lucky and very happy with this truck...
