BRAND NEW 5.9L Cummins Engine with brand new injectors with 5 year or 150,000km warranty (total cost $16,000 - receipts available). Tons of extras not including the best maintenance and parts replaced as required by the best mechanics available. A real head turner and powerful work horse, great off road and even better hauling on the highway, and it's better on fuel than a new gas 1/2 ton. As reliable as a new truck, but with the desirable 5.9 cummins, all the extras and minor cosmetic wear. A new truck with the features on this on will be well over $100,000. I built it for myself properly, with the best of the best, but regrettably am selling due to lifestyle changes (hardly drive anymore).-------------------------Brief specs of the truck:-2006-Dodge Ram 3500-Laramie-Brand New 3rd gen 5.9 L Cummins Turbo Diesel with 5yr/150,000km warranty-Crew / Quad Cab-Long box (8 ft)-Single Rear Tires-4x4-rebuilt 6 speed manual with 550 hp clutch-8 inch topguncustomz lift-35 inch toyo open country ct on 17 inch rims (80+%)-311,000ish km on odometer (frame and body)-black with every chrome accent available-espar heater, Fab Four front bumper, custom interior, air bags, etc etc----------------------Detailed description of the truck, the extras, and the work that has been done: -BRAND NEW ENGINE WITH BRAND NEW INJECTORS with 5 yr / 150,000 km warranty, from the engine builders in Red Deer, AB. 311,000km ish on frame and body, no km on the engine (lightly driving it for break in procedure). Took the truck in for injectors for the next owner and cylinder #6 injector failed and damaged the cylinder head, due to bad fuel and procrastinating injector replacement. Full engine replacement. New engine to be driven with non-synthetic oil for 50,000km for the proper break-in procedure. No chips or tuners on the truck. Engine components all cleaned and painted with all new gaskets. It has been sitting in the shop, unused, hardly broken in. This 24 valve 5.9L cummins turbo diesel is arguably the most desired and powerful engine available. It's why when you hear of a "cummins swap", people put this engine in their project, instead of the newer 6.7L cummins.-8 inch top gun customz true suspension lift kit (best money can buy). ($4200 parts). BDS traction bars added later as well. ($650)-35 inch Toyo Open Country CTs with 85% tread on new, mint 17 inch Alloy ION rims. ($3400ish tires and rims). Had 33" and 37" on at one point, but 35" is the happy medium for power, fuel economy, looks, and off-road. Rims are properly fitted to ride underneath the truck. Have an additional set of new studded same rims and tires for sale separately.-Fab Four front bumper weighing 265 pounds, mint condition, with 2 inch front receiver, tow hooks, bright fog lights and signal lights. ($4200). Doesn't have a scratch.-Espar Heat Recirculating System that heats the oil and cab. ($3800). 1 hour with the espar heats cab up to temperature, thaws windows, and equivalent to plugging in the block heater over night. 7 day timer. Starts in any temperature.-rear airbags with manual air filler on rear bumper. ($700).-newer rear leaf springs rated 3700 pounds each (more hd than the hd stock 1 ton leafs) ($1500)-newer racing clutch that withstands 550 hp. Forget the make. Was inspected with engine installation and clutch is good as new($2500)-6 speed manual transmission just completely overhauled with the engine and good as new.-Airaid air intake and reusable filter.-custom heated leather interior, 2 tone Black and Tan, from Braithwaits Saskatoon (Katz brand). Minor wear marks on center consol elbow rest (cost over $2000)-Just serviced front end including tierod ends, ball joints, wheel alignment, etc with best parts available.-best Ujoints always put in.-Brand new brakes, rotors, and rear axle seals and E brake serviced.-Brand New Rear BDS shocks and newer front shocks.-brand new oil filter, fuel filter, front and rear differential fluid, transmission fluid. All fluids and filters changed. Comes with some extra filters I had stored.-weather tech floor mats throughout (raised edges to keep all moisture off of carpet) ($200ish)-spray liner (imperfections in it from using the truck)-chrome everything, window visors, wheel wells, mirrors, light covers, etc. diamond plate tailgate and box side caps.-new TIPM (totally integrated power module aka computer) this spring ($1600)-brand new radiator with engine-2 newer batteries, likely still under warranty.-brand new larger alternator. ($700)-dash replacement to accommodate the larger entertainment deck - clarion nx501 touch screen, nav, DVD, Bluetooth, back up camera ready, remote. ($1000 + dash). Volume knob temperamental so use the mounted remote for volume control.-sound system: forget what speakers were put in, but all top-of-the-line from audio warehouse speakers all around, including an expensive shallow subwoofer system under the drivers seat.-milage: 14-16 L per 100km consistently. Occasionally pulled a 35 ft trailer with bobcat and attachments (24000 pounds) got low to mid 20s L/100.-Always stored in a heated shop, washed regularly, and rust kept at bay. Undercoating used to treat frame and undercarriage. -recent heater core flush and new thermostat (nice and cozy warm, especially with heated seats)-trailer brake controller-sun roof-upgraded headlight bulbs and headlights adjusted properly so to not blind other drivers.-marine plug by license plate, ran direct from batteries, for 12 v equipment.-newer windshield but with 2 rock chips now.-brand new side mirrors and mounts-power windows, locks, sunroof, seats, all that stuff.-cruise control-2 key fabs -chrome step rails ($350)-is registered to my company, GST included in the price.-5 minutes NE of Saskatoon Saskatchewan for viewing.-bought a first generation cummins turbo diesel with dually and dump box for work around the farm and much less driving these days.-------------------------The minor bad:-minor wear in elbow location of center console. $120 quote to re-upholster. May or may not get around to it.-some small mounting screw holes in the dash from radio equipment.-volume knob temperamental, so use mounted remote control for volume adjustment. Don't figure its worth replacing as the unit costs over $1,000 and works great otherwise.-2 rock chips in windshield now, don't figure its worth replacing.-body not mint but in good shape. Both rear bottoms of front quarter panels reenforced with galvanized material to prevent rusting. Rock guard trim underneath the rear fender chrome accents and rust all kept at bay.------------------------ -Thanks for looking. -Truck is worth every penny.Essentially the same as a brand new full-load truck, only with all the extras done and a brand new best engine ever made, with minor cosmetic wear.-Andersons Transmission - Saskatoon - a has the majority of the history of the truck in a phone-book sized folder. -No middle men advertisers. -Priced cheaper than it should be with the extras, new engine and drivetrain. -I just don't use the truck anymore.-Best of the best, but I don't use it and would like it to not be a decoration in the shop anymore.
