1997 Dodge Ram 2500 condition: fair cylinders: 6 cylinders drive: 4wd fuel: diesel odometer: 279 paint color: black size: full-size title status: clean transmission: automatic type: pickup For sale is a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 pick up truck. Transmission (47RE beefed up rebuild) and Rear (Dana70) still under warranty(have paperwork and receipts). Tons of upgrades including full Banks Power Pack, NEW HX40 turbo with 4 inch straight pipe, mild injectors, trans cooler, k&N Cold Air Intake, aftermarket stereo, rear air bags, 5th wheel rails, front push bar and receiver and electronics for Myer plow system. Also front suspension, tie rods, ball joints, essentially the entire front end was rebuilt by AAA Auto shop mid 2016 and also has a national warranty on it. Truck is tagged til mid 2017. The bad-needs body work and engine has a decent tap (starts and drives but I wouldn't recommend driving it), I think it's a valve, but it may not be. Could fix it myself but I just don't have the time anymore. I have put over $7500 in parts an labor into this truck in the last 7-8 months and still have most of the receipts/records to prove it. Something is wrong with it which is why I'm letting it go so cheap. The transmission and rear alone are worth $5000. Asking $2300 OBO Low ballers will not get a response and money talks. 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 ===================================== Im the Original Owner 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Laramie Non Smoking ****** MAKE AN OFFER ******* THE FIRST DECENT OFFER Today Sunday TAKES IT ========================================================== Bought new by me and was used as a passenger vehicle not a work truck only 150,000 low miles Truck Runs Good... well maintained Good Transmission and Motor In the past few weeks.... It sometimes needs a few clicks of key to turnover ....but it always has got going It may need some work on that if this bothers you Other than that I dont know of anything thats wrong with the truck ========================================================== interior is clean ,,no rips in fabric non smoking owner with 6ft bed and factory bedliner pro installed hitch and under dash braking mechanism ( paid 400 new) Laramie 2 wheel drive cruise control power windows..doors ======================================================== dented front bumper (now with a black vinyl cover on it) had it inspected like that 2 years ago with the dent and it passed some small dents small rust spots mostly on side of bed ect driver side door needs new / fixed latch lock latching mechanism box,,,, it is stuck in the closed position (I heard these can be fixed there are videos online) (door is now screwed shut....can be unscrewed and new latch installed or fixed) (or just go in truck thru passenger door... thats what Ive been doing) ================================================================ Red color (faded mostly on truck top and hood) a/c is not working... blows but doesnt cool (may need recharge) heat works (takes a few minutes to heat up) 1 side turn signal reflector is cracked on passenger side (see pics) Because of the passenger door lock I had to disconnect interior lights because they were staying on all the time ( a flashlight does the trick for now ) ============================================================================ **** IMPORTANT ***** Registration/Inspection is due for renewal and has just expired in September 2015 =========================================== Check my ebay record 15 years on Ebay and over 2400 positives So know I deal in quality and honesty and I expect the same of the bidders
