1988 Dodge Ram pickup LE 150 with canopie & xtras. Nice condition. I purchased this truck about 8 months ago from the original owner. He kept it garaged most of its life. There is no rust to be found anywhere. I have put on about 10,000 miles since I have owned it, around town and on the freeway. The only thing that I have done to it is to have the front wheel bearings packed, new alternator & fuel filter. This is a rock solid truck. Rides like a nice comfortable full size car. Theres only a couple of negatives. The intermittent wipers stopped working. The regular windshield wipers work fine. The oil pressure light is defective. I was going to have it replaced with an aftermarket gauge but I was holding out to hopefully find someone who knows how to replace the original. I never got around to it. The oil pressure is fine as I had it checked out right after I purchased the truck. It has the average pressure that it should have for its age and the mileage. No knocks , pings or other funny noises. Runs like a sewing machine. All of the interior is original and in great condition. No rips or tears. No cigarette smell. I'm a non smoker and so was the original owner. All the lights work. This truck has power steering, power windows, tilt, air conditioning (which may need to be recharged) & power locks. All the glass is good. There is a slider window on the back of the cab. The canopy is great and locks up. I just remembered that I had the windows on the canopy tinted when I first purchased the truck. The tires and breaks are in very good condition. I am including two virtually new Wildcat tires and two snow tires with low miles in the deal. The tires on the truck are the same size as the xtras that I am including. There has never been any body work done on the truck. The paint is all original. There are a few chips here and there that could easily be touched up. I park the truck in the same place all the time and have never seen any sign of leakage. It doesn't burn oil or smoke. This is a fantastic truck and could easily be minted out. The rack on top of the canopy is included but not the xtra little pieces that I mounted on the rails. They are for transporting my canoe. I will remove them as soon as the truck sells. I would get in this truck today and drive to Miami if I had to. Point being that it is very dependable. There is also a professionally installed hitch with a receptacle.
