I bought this truck a few months ago because my other truck was down and being worked on. I used it to pull a dump trailer and when I got it it had an oil leak on the side of the motor and I got that fixed along with some other issues and also replaced some brake lines that where rusty. I am still having trouble with the ABS. I will ether have it fixed before it is sold or I will take off money from the sale price. I want to be as honest as possible. I have not owned the truck for long so I don't know the history of it. There are some rust issues on the body but not so much on the frame. The dash board was replaced with the last owner because of the typical cracking. I think with some work this could be a nice truck or you could keep using it like a work truck. This truck has one of the best transmissons I have ever used. The cluck is solid and the truck starts up great every time. The tread on the tires are still good. Hello diesel family and friends, thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone from Toms Diesel truck center on ebay,....I sell all my diesels on ebay only I do not have a web site, please stop down if you can or just check on ebay here from time to time I will put one or two new trucks on as I get them ready for sale,,,thanks T I'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal, I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read, thanks ... my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me.... it is where I started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. I know these old cummins diesel/and 7.3's trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks, I do not play games with the price, I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see, however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer, the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels, is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line, what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices, bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck, if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal, stop down if you can.. Exterior is clean with excellent gloss no clear flake, no major dents or scrapes, very glossey looking, mint frame, straight sides, spray in liner w/5th wheel hitch, inside its never been smoked in all the toys working that I tried, smells good no dash cracking, heated soft leather seats, gauges all work. Mchanically just the best you will find, I just installed new track bar bushings and 4 brand new cooper 10 ply radials with alignment and new power steering box and a SB air cleaner system. Good brakes good exhaust, hit the key the cummins fires right up, looks like the injection pump and fuel system was also just installed in there. Truck has been very well maintained, no rust ever mint frame, nice glossey emerald green and real straight unworked body, drives excellent good power nice tight front end, all gauges working, 100% bone stock with no lifts, no programmers, no pump hacks, this is a must see and must drive vehicle, no leaks no blow by, fires right up no problem, good miles for year no accidents!!Few things to note please keep in mind its a 20 year old pickup but trust me probably nicer than 99% of all 97's out there, wear and tear inludes rock chips on paint, small scratches, some minor parking lot dings, interior wear, and 4th gear has a light syncro grind if not careful shifting, e brake needs tightend, otherwise she is a beauty in every way, again lowball offers will not get my response so please don't call these trucks are the best diesels ever built and there are not many out there, looking for something good get this, want a headache or a rustbucket go to craigs and pay less, always remember you get what u pay for!!!

This truck is a quad cab with an 8' bed. It has roughly 229,000 miles on it and counting. It's a base model truck with no options. It has been my daily driver and work truck for going on 8 years now. I have babied it. But despite my best efforts the transmission is now starting to slip and the engine burns oil. It is rusting on the wheel wells of the bed, the cab and on the bottoms of the doors. However, the rims and tires on it are about 1 year old, and a great sounding brand new Flowmaster dual exhaust. I've got a remote starter for it with 2 key fobs. To the right person this would be a great truck. With a little love and (a new or rebuilt transmission) this truck will last you for many more years. $3500 or best offer with local pickup only

Listed for sale, is this 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with only 121K miles. The vehicle runs and drives great. The engine is strong, transmission shifts perfectly, and the everything else functions just fine. This is a solid vehicle that should last for many years to come. The interior is average to good condition with wear and tear expected from a work van, but nothing major. The exterior is in fair condition. It has some rust areas around the bottom of the vehicle, but they can be restored rather easily. The front bumper was also removed, and another one was purchased, but was never put on. The bumper is in the vehicle, and would be included in the sale. The vehicle belonged to a buddy of mine's who was forced to close his business, but should serve the next owner very well. Overall, this is a nice, solid work vehicle. You don't find many 2002 models with such low miles.
