Car was bought at used car dealership in Evansville, IN by a family member. It has a few minor scratches. Window seal on outside is slightly worn. It has brand new tires. A 21 point inspection was done when oil was changed in November, so all fluid levels are good. Engine runs great. Engine compartment very clean and maintained. Haven't driven much since November except once a week to keep it running normally so as not to freeze up or wear down in cold weather. Only thing out of ordinary is the engine oil light. It would come on and off a few times when I drove it from Evansville, IN to Tennessee and then back up to Ohio. The mechanics at the oil change place said it is probably just a faulty sensor, because when they checked it, including the oil pressure, everything was normal. I haven't seen it come on since.

Maryland Inspected 2004 Dodge Neon SXT. As you can see, this is a nice vehicle. It is finished in dark gray and the paint looks good. It has a mile deep shine that looks good from any angle. There are a few scuffs and dings consistent with an 11 yr old car but it looks great overall (see pictures). There is a small dent by the right rear door but other than that, all of the body lines are smooth and even. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well. Please take your time and review each of the photos carefully. The interior of this Neon is in great condition for its age. The Gray cloth interior compliments the gray exterior and shows well. The dash is clean and has no cracks, faded spots or excessive wear. The carpets also show well throughout the interior. The door panels are clean and intact. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The seats are clean and comfortable. The trunk is also clean and well kept. This Neon comes with one key. The heat and air condition work properly. The original radio has a CD and the speakers sound great. This car was well cared for. Mechanically, this Neon is in great running and driving condition. The 2.0 liter engine starts easily and runs smoothly (oil just changed). There are no leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension is nice and tight as it should be. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes are strong and stop this vehicle with no problems. Her road manners are excellent. The engine keeps proper temperature and oil pressure at all times. There have been no warning lights on. She drives down the road confidently and feels solid. The engine makes good power and gets good gas mileage. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts as it should. Out on the highway, this Neon cruises effortlessly. This 2004 Dodge Neon SXT has 96,494 miles on it. It has factory ground effects (front & rear air dams & rocker panel skirts) on it. It runs & drives good. It has two new tires, new struts on the front, new tie rod ends & new brake pads & rotors. It has a new radiator & has just had the transmission replaced. It has some rust & has had body repairs. The rocker panel skirt on the passenger side is held in place by some fabricated metal brackets, there is not very much rocker panel left on that side, however the metal panels behind the rocker panel are still structurally strong. 2003 Dodge Neon SXT. Black. Auto, cold air. Tilt, cruise, power windows, locks. Keyless entry. Rear Spoiler, tinted windows. Only 94,xxx miles! 1 owner last for the last 10 years. Due to oxidation, the car was repainted (base coat/clear coat) just last year. Complete set of new Cooper CS4 tires and New AutoCraft Silver Battery late last year. New Moog tie-rod ends and four wheel alignment. Over $1,500 invested in the vehicle in the past year. Car has a prior salvage/rebuilt title, however the repairs where completed prior to me purchasing the vehicle 10 years ago. Oil (always Castrol GTX) and filter was changed religiously. For sale is a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT- Great looking car! Really an eye catcher. Mechanically good also. No work needed to drive this car. Has no check engine light so will pass inspection. Has great tires. Brakes and steering have been checked and work well. Trans shifts as it should. Engine has normal performance. Not a race car but the 2.0 four cylinder engine is dependable and good fuel economy. Power front windows. AC works well.Interior is clean- has aftermarket CD radio. Has a couple flaws- the sun roof was leaking so it was sealed shut. The rear bumper cover has a crack and there is some type of dent on the roof- not bad. I tried to show this in the pictures. There is a noise in the back over big bumps- most likely could use a new strut in the rear, but this is not a safety issue and you can either drive as it is or put a new strut- not expensive. Over-all for a great price you get a good looking car that you can get in a drive without having to do any repairs and should go right through inspection. Has 156,000 miles on odometer- and should get many more miles of good use. And a big plus- the timing belt was replaced earlier this year so not worries there. This is one of the best vehicles I've ever had and I'm really sad to sell it, but I'm moving out of the country and I have no other choice. I've never had any problems with it, I don't smoke, so the car is as smoke free as it'll ever be, the oil light stays on when its cold, but if you turn it on for a little while, turn it off, and restart it, the light disappears, the cd player has a cd stuck inside it from the previous owner, but it never troubled me, it has small wear on the drive side door, just a bit of rust, the rubber lining for the driver side headlight is torn, there is a small scratch on the rear door of the passenger side, and that's about it. I did buy brand new tires about 5 months ago, took it to get aligned, balanced, tuned-up, got the oil replaced every two months with a synthetic blend, bought a new air filter for it, bought a new remote for locking/unlocking the car because the last owner lost it, I have all the papers for everything done to the car from the moment I bought it. I want 2500 dollars cash, it's a good car and it hasn't failed me in the time I've had it, the mileage will change because I drive regularly, I really need to sell this fast because I leave on the first week of November.
