1999 Dodge Durango (Big Red) for sale. Asking $1200, but don't be afraid to make an offer. I am going to list EVERYTHING I can so we can avoid a ton of questions. Just inspected last month and has almost new tires on it. It starts EVERY time, and has always gotten me where I need to go BUT it has a ton of issues. For the past 4 years, I have said I will drive it til it dies. It refuses to die, but it is starting to fall apart lol. It is pretty rusty as you can see. The worse part of the truck is the oil and tranny pan are starting to rust/rot out and leak. I put a quart of oil in it every 3-4 months and a small bottle of tranny fluid every 4-5 months. It has been that way for around 2 years and hasn't gotten any worse. The tranny winds out a little when you 1st get up to a good speed but its been the same for years now. One of the back windows does not go down. The hatch hydraulics don't work so we prop it open. The driver seat adjustment panel broke off but I still have it and it still works when you plug it in. I just never bothered fixing it. Air cond never worked. It’s an 8 cyl so likes to guzzle the gas. 4 wheel drive works. 183,000+ miles and still going. Brakes passed inspection but can sometimes feel a bit spongy. Was told they may need to be bled out. Has a safety feature, if shifter isn't all the way in park, truck won't start. Every now and then, that happens and I have to be sure lever is all the way up before starting it. Exhaust was replaced a few years back at muffler man, front to back. It was $1000. Tie rods, ball joints, u joint, and wheel bearings were done like 4 yrs ago. Stabilizer bar was just done last month. Shocks are shot. Radio/CD player works. Heater works but doesn't always get real hot. Was told lines need to be flushed. No leak in heater core. Fog light was hanging due to my daughter running into a poll, but I unplugged it and still have it. Truck has 3 rows and seats go down. It has a TON of room. Also has roof rack. Hitch for tow ball as well. Truck has dents and dings all over. It was a very well used vehicle. Was driven daily until I bought my new truck 2 weeks ago. Needs a good cleaning inside and out, but she is ready to go. You are buying this vehicle AS IS with no warranty. I am located off Genesee on the bflo/chktg border.
