2004 dodge durango with a 4.7L engine that was just replaced a little over 1 year ago with 30,000 less then what is on the car itself (122,000 on engine) GOOD--Tires in decent shape catalytic converter was just replaced front driver hub bearing was replaced new rotors and breaks all the way around the car 2 of the 4 oxygen sensors were replaced new valve cover gaskets new oil pan gasket new water pump installed new side steps put on both sides new serpentine belt BAD--Has check engine light on due to a oxygen sensor that went bad--i replaced 2 already it has 4 was told by mechanic that it drips oil from the rear main seal-in between the trans and motor(we check oil every week and add very little if any)(this is a every day driver) heat works but only blows threw the vents facing you and wont blow out threw the defrost area(i dont know what the problem is) no air but can be refilled(we never refilled it after we had the engine replaced) makes a squeaking noise in front(i believe it may be a strut) i dont know if the 4X4 works as i dont drive this my wife does and she has never used it THIS SUV IS BEING SOLD AS IS,,, i urge you to make appointment and come by to look at it before buying it or making a offer $300 is due threw PP and the rest will be due in cash when you come get the durango--my wife sometimes drives this on a 3-4 hr trip to chicago without using any oil (suv is drivable)
