The car was built to race a Milwaukee Tool battery powered Bel Air on a episode of Monster Garage, which airs on the Discovery channel. Discovery wanted the Bel Air to race a Sinister Mopar and this is how this car came to be a TV car. { There is a DVD of the episode of Monster Garage where the cars race, and it goes with the car along with magazines showing this car} This car was born a 1970 Coronet and has been upgraded to a 1970 Dodge Super Bee 426 Hemi recreation! They started the project by removing the whole stock front suspension and throwing it a away in favor of a Magnumforce tubular K-member and there lightweight upper and lower control arms. This knocks of a tremendous amount of weight of the nose and greatly improves the cars balance. There are also custom BIG front and rear sway bars to keep the heavy weight Dodge from sloshing around. Thanks to Trick suspension and adjustable 10 position coil-over shocks on all four corners, and sits notable lower then a stock machine, and was enhanced with the addition of Wheels Vintiques 18" Magnum 500- style wheels and low profile Nitto drag radials. There is a "Strange Engineering" Dana 60 rear end out back suspended on "Super Stock" springs and hidden behind all FOUR wheels is a 13" Wilwood dilled & slotted rotors with Monster calipers holding six pistons. For power the Super Bee uses a 426 Hemi motor with a single four Holley carburetor to ease maintenance and reliability. The torque Monster Hemi is mate to a built 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission with a 2500 stall and is held in place with a Magnumforce designed system of buffered engine plates. The plates mount the Hemi rigidly to the forward legs of the cars roll cage, tying everything together up front in a nice tight fashion. The bars themselves are welded to the shock towers to add more reinforcement to the whole chassis, and buffer plates hold the Hemi level while insulating the shimmy from the car and thus greatly reducing the overall shaking of the car which is typical of vehicles using simple straight mount motor plates. There is a boat load of chrome and a healthy amount of polished aluminum, and for comfort and reliability sake a GM style electric alternator, Vintage air conditioning, power steering, power rack and pinion, Dakota orange digital dash, custom steering wheel, two tone black & rust interior, custom sound system and more! This car was also in Mopar muscle and Mopar collector guide and the magazines will go with the car. A large poster board featuring this car and the DVD of the TV show Monster Garage with Jesse James racing this KILLER Mopar twice and losing both times! This is a rare 1968 Dodge Super Bee (VIN WM21H8A342940) with '68 Hemi Engine owned by 2nd owner since September of 1971 (44 years). This vehicle was purchased in the Monterrey Bay area of California, and has never seen salt or snow. The body has no rust anywhere. It was driven back to Wisconsin in July of 1973, stored that winter, then spent the next 20 years as a drag racing car. It was always trailered to the race tracks (Great Lakes, Byron & Wisconsin International Raceway). In 1994 it was stored under cover on cement in my Pole Building until the winter of 2005-6, when it was put back in street trim for local use and the 2006 Hot Rod Power Tour, then was involved in 9 Power Tours in total, including the 2015 tour. During this time it had 2 articles in Hot Rod Magazine (November 2006 &2014).. The car has had many modifications over the years, especially for Power Tour. Here's the list as currently in use: Engine: 1968 426 Hemi engine, acquired in 1976. It currently is bored .020” oversize with Keith Black Hypereutectic 9.5 to 1 pistons, standard Kellogg crankshaft, with stock 7/16” connecting rods, balanced, Custom ground Howards Hydraulic cam, Street Hemi heads with steel inserts for exhaust valves, stainless valves (2.25 I, 1.94 E, 5/16” chrome stems). Currently setup with 1968 Mag Cross Ram intake with two 450 cfm throttle bodies, EDIS ignition (no distributor) with crank trigger and two Mopar dual coil paks, all controlled by custom built MegaSquirt ECU. Exhaust system is stock Hemi iron manifolds with custom 2 1/2” dual exhaust with crossover, and turbo mufflers. In the current setup it has gotten a best of 18 MPG at highway speeds. Transmission: Highly modified GM 700R4 4 Speed automatic with lockup. A TCI adapter mates the trans with the engine. The mechanical parts are all from a 4L70e and aftermarket. The valve body is from TCI and eliminates the critical throttle cable adjustments. The trans has 18000 miles in this car with no mechanical problems. Shifter by B&M, deep oil pan, transmission cooling line filter, custom control of converter lockup, both manual and MegaSquirt. Differential: Dana 60 with 3.54 SureGrip, Mopar Super Stock rear leaf springs inset into sub-frame, Mini-tubbed for tire clearance. Custom balanced steel drive shaft. Body: Always stored under cover, never driven in winter, never been in snow or salt on roads. Fresh paint in 2010, has 2nd vinyl top from new, interior maintains the cars racing heritage, with roll cage, custom dash, custom aluminum door panels, 15 gallon aluminum fuel cell, battery in the trunk, twin parallel fuel pumps, bucket seats (left 6 way power), original headliner, rear L&R panels. I have many additional parts for this car: Original 383 Engine (62K miles); original TorqueFlyte 727 transmission; Dash parts (Speedo, clock switch bezels); Original Street Hemi Dual Quad intake system, including air cleaner, linkage, tagged original carbs; Hemi 727 TorqueFlyte; original Hemi Dual point distributor; additional Hood; much more (more pictures available). With additional arrangements and time to complete, the engine/transmission setup can be changed to meet buyers requirements, All of these additional parts are included with car purchase, not including shipping. Vehicle can be shipped at buyers expense, local pickup preferred. Inspection available any time with prior arrangement. Email with additional questions, history and pictures. Thank you for your interest.

This is a real WM code Super Bee and NOT a Coronet clone. Only about 7,000 Super Bees were produced in the first year so this is a rare car. It is painted in its original color Forrest Green (69 color but same in 68). It has the factory tick-toc-tach along with a Dana 60 limited slip rear end. The car has been gone through and has a clean bill of health. The only thing that does not work is the tach and gas gauge. The car is manual steering and manual brakes and an absolute blast to drive. It runs and drives like brand new, it goes straight down the road with no pulling or vibrations. This car has a lot of original parts still on it such as the stainless around the outside and gauges and steering wheel on the inside. It is a great blend of a partial restoration and charm of originality. The body and paint are excellent, this Super Bee is super solid with NO rust issues. The Magnum 500 wheels are in great shape and the tires are also in excellent shape. The interior is excellent, the paint is gorgeous and again there is absolutely NO rot or rust. The underneath is extremely clean. The glass is all in excellent shape, no chips and no hazing very clear and in great shape. All the chrome is in excellent shape, no pitting. The paint is gorgeous and was done professionally a few years ago. It still shines up excellent as you can see by the pics. There really are no major flaws in the paint, no stone chips and no major scratches. No orange peel and it shines like a mirror. It has a scratch or two but nothing that is noticeable. The underneath of the car is super clean, NO rot or rust. The motor starts right up no problem and is very very healthy. No smoke, no ticks or knocks, no weird noises what so ever. The transmission is very tight goes into gear very easy, doesn't have any slop and does not pop out of gear. The clutch is very stiff, does not slip at all, has a great grabbing point. The brakes work perfect and have plenty of life left. The car goes straight down the road and the front end is tight. If you hit the brakes you stop straight and it doesn't pull you to the right or left. It's very hard to find a 68 in this condition and not to mention its a Super Bee. You will be hard pressed to find a better deal. I SELL MANY CARS AND TRUCKS ON EBAY AND HAVE 100% SATISFACTION RATE! CHECK ME OUT ON FACEBOOK OR THE WEB @ BARN FRESH CLASSICS! This is an excellent example of a full rotisserie restoration. This car started out as a rust free factory 383, 3 speed manual transmission Coronet convertible with A/C, P/S and P/B. During the restoration the owner wanted something different so a For Hemis Only, 528 cubic inch Hemi was installed with 2 Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetors. To back the high Hp and Torque of the engine is a Tremec TKO 5 speed, Center Force clutch and with a pistol grip shifter. For support a tubular structure was installed from the shock towers to the body as well as frame connectors. This Super Bee has 1 7/8” stainless long tube headers with mandrel bent 3” exhaust. This set up surprisingly gives a very mellow exhaust note. A complete March serpentine belt system was installed with their Alternator, Power Steering Pump and A/C Compressor. The car runs, drives and preforms great with no issues. This car has a lot of factory options that the owner kept on the car during the build including the power roof assembly. The only thing not working to my knowledge is the air conditioning which has never been charged. Lots of effort and research was put into this vehicle to make it correct. The correct hood was shipped up from the states and so was the Dana 60 rear axle. You can tell how much work and effort has been put into this vehicle by looking at the pictures. All of the factory seems are present at the doors,, fenders, trunk lid and hood. Finding a vehicle in this condition is next to impossible in this day and age. There are no dents and dings throughout and the body is in excellent condition for its age. The fit and finish of the body panels are correct. Doors open and close correctly and utilize the factory latches. All of the body panels are original to the car except the hood. Every nut and bolt was new when the car was built 3 years ago and it now has 2500 trouble free miles on it. This Coronet Super Bee Convertible is in outstanding condition but unfortunately the owner would like to pass it on to someone else who will enjoy it. To my knowledge and research four Concept 1970 Super Bee Hemi Convertibles were produced but none of them ever survived production. Please call me personally with questions regarding this car. I can delivery this car to a shipping company close by and store it for the needed amount of time. Thanks, Jamie 905 706 5876

You are bidding on a original numbers matching Super bee, 383 Cubic inch, automatic with power steering and power drum brakes, Although the paint is a Chrysler color it is very unique with its red interior. The body is very solid with little to no real rust. Glass, rugs and trunk mat are very nice for its age. The only real fault would be the paint is starting to show its age with chips, the front seat has a seam that the stitching is starting to come free. However this car is very nice and drives well. Should You feel I am trying to pull something "Please do not bid" no big deal if I sell or not.

1968 super Bee in great shape runs and drives . This is a real super bee not a clone. Original engine was the 383/330 hp with a 4 speed it is not a 440 with 727 auto trans . It's been stored for a few years it does run and drive but carb needs to be gone through .Body is in great shape . Body is all steel NO RUST OR BODY FILLER. PAINT IS NOT SHOW QUALITY BUT LOOKS GOOD .Floors are solid . Car overall in good condition . Seats are recaro. (Not original) trunk floor is solid . Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end listing early. If you would like to see the car I am available just about any time during the day and evening . Any questions feel free to call or message me . 331-643-2686. Comments: Dodge watched as Plymouth launched their budget muscle car, the Road Runner, in the fall of 1967 as a 1968 model. Already upset that Dodge had coined the "road runner" name in a 1967 Coronet ad, Dodge responded by launching its own budget muscle car. Based on the redesigned Dodge Coronet pillared coupe, Dodge looked to its Scat Pack symbol and released its new model in the spring of 1968 as the Super Bee. The $3,027 base price was $131 more than the Road Runner, which used the same basic chassis. Curb weight was nearly identical, and both used the same engines, so performance was almost identical. The standard engine was the 335 bhp four barrel 383 cid V8 that borrowed cylinder heads, camshaft and induction system from the Magnum 440. The 426 Hemi was the only engine option, but at nearly $1,000 more, it clashed with the budget nature of the Super Bee and only 125 were ordered. The low price meant minimizing ammenities, and although the Super Bee borrowed the Rallye gauge package from the Charger to edge out the Road Runner, a tachometer was still a $38 extra. A heavy duty suspension, brakes, four-speed manual transmission with Hurst Competition Plus shifter, and red-line wide oval tires were standard. The low price didn't mean low profile, and the Super Bee had bumble bee racing strips circling the tail, and a big Super Bee emblem hovering on the rear fenders. The grille was finished in black matte and the hood had a decorative power bulge. The wheel lips and the rear body panel were accented with thin bright moldings. Inside, the Super Bee had door-to-door carpeting, pleated vinyl seats and door panels, and a standard bench seat. Production: 2D Pillared Coupe w/ 383: 7,717. 2D Pillared Coupe w/ Hemi: 125. Engines: 383 V8 335bhp@5200rpm, 425lb-ft@3400rpm. 426 Hemi V8 425bhp@5000rpm, 490lb-ft@4000rpm. Performance: 383/335bhp: 0-60 in 7.1 sec, 1/4 mile in 15.0 sec @ 96mph. 426/425bhp: 0-60 in 5.3 sec, 1/4 mile in 13.55 sec @ 105mph.

1969 Dodge Coronet Super Bee 2 door hardtop. 383, factory 4 Speed car. Darn near perfect! Original engine and transmission. Partial VIN on both and casting dates are correct. Partial VIN on radiator support. VIN tag itself looks to have never been off. Correct rivets. It’s real! Original fender tag. No build sheet found. Factory N96 Ram charger hood. Original M46 side scoops. No power steering or brakes. AM Radio. Sure Grip with 3:91 Gears. She's a beauty. This very solid original sheet metal car was a drag race car in Colorado for several years. It was restored here in Omaha about 8 years ago. It took about 3 years to do it. Has pretty much sat in a collection since restored. The Bee has driven about 300 miles or so. All panels appear to be the factory panels. Note the factory "tabs" on the bottom of the rear quarters. Original Y2 yellow with white and black interior. The car is all the correct shade of Y2 Yellow. A few pictures were taken indoors and the cameras flash makes the yellow look darker. There was over $78K PLUS in restoration costs. That’s when he stopped counting. Money meant nothing to this collector / builder. Over $20K in paint / rotessorie alone! Dead straight body! High shine gloss body! Pretty much everything is new. And I mean everything! From the dome light to tires. Front bumper to rear. Headlight, tail light bezels, re chromed bumpers, complete interior from Legendary. Door frames were base coat clear coated. Dash, dash pads, glove box, gauges, radio, console top, wooden steering wheel, all trim was polished. Glass is new. Door handles, mirrors, the complete Ram Charger set up is new. And on and on. The engine was rebuilt as well as the transmission and rear end. The engine has a Mopar performance 440 steel crank. All comp valve train. Many performance parts in the engine were used. All done right! And all stock appearing. The sure grip rear end gears are 3:91’s. The original 4 speed was gone through. High performance parts through out it too. 15 inch red lines with magnum wheels. Non radial red lines. Front suspension rear suspension all re worked. See under body pictures. Could use 4 wheel alignment. All drum brakes. The Trunk floor excellent, the interior floors excellent. There was a roll bar in the car and the two mounts were repaired behind the bucket seats on the floor. Again this was a very solid car when it was being restored. Under the hood all appears as it did when the car was new. Wires, clamps , hoses. The car has been driven, so not perfectly fresh but darn close. See pictures. The battery is new. The under body looks as nice as the top, well close. I had a leaky transmission seal were the drive shaft mounts and got some fluid splashed about. I cleaned it all. However there is some staining on the exhaust. Some steel wool should fix this. To sum it up you have a car here that’s a beautiful example of true Mopar Muscle. Numbers match from what I see and its just about darn near perfect. You are welcome to have it inspected or come see it yourself. This is a 7 day auction. If you need any further information please call me anytime at 402 659 1118. I'm in Omaha Ne. Close to I 80. This car is immaculate. I'm offering this car at a very reasonable "Buy it now" Amount. There is very little wiggle room on price. So shoot me your best offer. Low ballers will automatically be declined. Don't waste your time. A LOT of Mopar for a reasonable price. This isn't your average '69 Bee. I feel this car is worth way more but a business venture has come up with my Uncle and I'd like to get in on it. That's the ONLY REASON IT'S FOR SALE! This fine car is being sold “AS IS”. I represent everything I own and sell as best I can. My EBAY feedback is perfect. I’m a straight shooter. If there is something you deem important please ask or come see it. Negative or 0 feedback EBAY members must contact me PRIOR to bidding or I will delete your bid. Shipping is responsibility of high bidder. I will assist as much as possible. I hold a Nebraska Dealer license. However, this car is one of my personal cars. I hardly ever sell me collection pieces. Paperwork / Title will be mailed Certified US postal once the car is paid for. I can store for no longer than 20 days for you. I've own many Mopar's and this is one of my best ones. This is a no disappointment car. You should be thrilled with it. I am! Thanks, any questions? Call me any time Bernie 402 659 1118
