Hi. I'm selling this '69 Charger. It was painted 4-5 years ago using the paint code from a 1997 Viper. New metal includes new quarter panels, trunk floors, trunk extensions, interior floors ( where needed ), and new rear crossmember. When I got the car, the interior floors were done already. They cut out the rot, but didn't cut them all the way back. It's not a bad job and it's solid, so I decided not to re-do them. New items/components include....gas tank, straps, sending unit, and gas lines. New drum brakes, with hardware, shoes, brake lines and master cylinder. New ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar links, sway bar bushings, adjusters. New shocks, new exhaust system (excellent exhaust note.....can't stress tht enough). Engine is a 440 rebuilt between 5000-7000 miles ago. New aluminum radiator, and powder coated hood hinge. New wheels, and almost new tires. Interior..... New white seat covers, carpet and headliner. Everything else is original and had been dyed. There are minor tears in door panels since they are originals but only noticeable when your close. The console has the usual cracks. ( see pics). New dash pad and white face gauges. This car was originally an auto on colum converted to a floor shift. Also converted from power steering to manual. ( I suggest the new owner replace the steering shaft. The one on the car now is for a power steering car that has been extended ) This car starts cold easily. It idles smooth after warming up. (I'd still like to find someone who is better at adjusting a carb better then me, but it's not bad now). Since the front end is new it needs to be aligned. Im not trying to sell this as a perfect car. The radio in it is stock and not hooked up. I didn't hook the heat up. I'm not sure if all the gauges work. The windshield washer fluid tank is not correct to this car and is not hooked up. Blue LEDs back light the whitefaces that look pretty cool. I think a dash light socket or two need to be replaced. The head lights work, the turn signals work, the tail lights work. The wipers work. The head light doors even work off of vac properly. I replaced the console simulated wood trim with simulated carbon fiber. There are three chanels of blue LEDs that I think compliment the car nicely. A set of four under body lights, a set of wheel well light s and a set of four interior lights. Two have controls in the console that have mulitple settings and one set just has an on-off set under the dash. Paint is very nice but not perfect. Some body work showing here and there. Like I said.
